Firstly shoutout to @Core Pharma for approaching me, this might be the accountability I need to get the most out of this years blast.
Dropped down from 155(ish) to 85kg about 12 years ago trying every possible diet and drug but fasting is what really got me over the line. The last decade was spent doing BJJ and not really lifting at all, I dabbled in gear for competition but recently I suffered a spinal injury and now suffer from stenosis so grappling just isnt possible anymore. I took up lifting more seriously after I finished rehab and last year completed my first bulk 88kg-102kg. Ive only recently gotten to a place where I can train legs properly without risking injury so this years blast will be focused on bringing them up considerably.

Current Cycle or Plan:
Currently finishing up a cut running @Core Pharma 200mg test E 200mast E and 5iu HGH been sitting at these doses for about 3 months now with alittle fucking around through December which set me back alittle. I leave for holidays in 3 days which will be the end of my cut, plan is to cruise for a month on 150test 5iu hgh then get blood work make sure I am not seconds from death and then start my blast end of April which I am planning on keeping more conservative and running hgh higher then I typically would have, something like 500 test 500 mast 7.5 iu hgh or potentially 500 test 250 EQ 7.5IU hgh but I have yet to make that decision as I have never used EQ and seemingly respond very well to Mast but the allure of a new compound has me intrigued.
Due to being a former giant fat guy I have (had) alot of loose skin and as soon as I introduced HGH 7 months ago my body composition changed drastically beginning with my face tightening up and now most of the loose skin I had on my body has its elasticity back and looks better everyday, my loose skin was the bane of my existence for a decade so its by far my favourite compound I am grateful to @Core Pharma for sponsoring me and allowing me to pursue this without having to hide purchases from the wife.
I dont want to get much heavier as I hate snoring and feel un-athletic, if I could gain alittle on my arms and some proper size on my legs Id be happy.

Training Program:
Focus is building up my legs to after a spine injury and years of sport specific training. I dont want any more size through my chest or back really as I am pretty happy with the size and Ive got no desire to be above 100kg else ill start snoring and then I get no pussy so whats the point. Training is as much for my mental health as it is for any aesthetic reasons so routine is designed to be enjoyable.

Diet Overview:
After years of being morbidly obese it took a long time to exorcise that fat demon but the best way I found out of all 100s of diets I tried is fasting, I have spent 90% of the last 10 years doing intermittent fasting typically 18/6. Initially this way of eating allowed me to still pig out alittle each day and scratch that itch while keeping calories low. Last year was my first ever bulk so I dropped the fasting for 4 months and while I did have a hard time adjusting to constantly eating and whined about it online everyday the bulk went well but I feel so much better fasting everyday.
Typically day at the moment for this cut is:
1pm: Chex, milk, whey, greek yogurt
2pm: Chicken thighs rice or steak rice
5pm BBQ meat of some sort with salad
7pm: Egg whites, whey, greek yogurt, banana

ALOT of fucking around, very partial to a caramilk hotcross bun (Who isnt) but as long as I stick to my eating windows my weight loss stays consistent.
Future:
Going to push this cut for another month and add in some SLUPP332 and GHKCU local injections into my tits to see if I can get rid of that stubborn pocket of loose skin and fat. I have afew shirtless music festivals throughout the year I need to attend to for business reasons so this bulk will be very slow so I can undo any damage with a short mini cut.
Again shout out to @Core Pharma for giving me the kick in the butt i needed to stop spinning my wheels. I will keep this log updated with how my loose skin progresses as I know afew others on here were also giant fat fucks in their past and likely have similar insecurities to me around that. Ill also get a phone holder so maybe one day ill post a picture from a different mirror.
