Hey guys
Been a bit quite lately, ha a rough 3 weeks away, but I'm back now.
I'll start getting diet and training back up
Seem to be on a bit of a roller coaster atm, I drop 2kg gain a kg then drop 2kg again.
Not really sure why, diet was consistent, training was a little up and down tad yr to work.
I've got 9 weeks off now, so let's see how things go.
