Recently got my bloods checked as I was curious where I was at. Results didn't come in too good,
LH. 2.7
FSH. 3.7
Oestradiol. <88 this one has me confused
Testosterone. 8.5
Calc Free Test. 197
SHBG 23
I am coming off a lower back, groin adductor and ITB injury so that may affect them a little.
Either way I've decided to run a test only cycle as it's also my first. I'm running test e 250mg. Pinning 125mg twice a week.
Calories are the same as pre injury as I was dropping weight at 1925
Macros P270 C 50 F 100
Training right now is more getting the body moving and building back up to where I was before. Very little to no leg work right now as I'm awaiting the physio to give the ok to start adding weight.
Current weight 74kg
Height 170cm
Most of my body fat that I'm still carrying is the good old back fat, slight amount in the mid section and a bit on the chest.
Hoping to lean out a bit more but we will need to add some more food soon. Generally when we add volume my mid section gains a bit. So hopefully we can avoid that this time
