Hey all

Recently got my bloods checked as I was curious where I was at. Results didn't come in too good,

LH. 2.7
FSH. 3.7
Oestradiol. <88 this one has me confused
Testosterone. 8.5
Calc Free Test. 197
SHBG 23

I am coming off a lower back, groin adductor and ITB injury so that may affect them a little.

Either way I've decided to run a test only cycle as it's also my first. I'm running test e 250mg. Pinning 125mg twice a week.

Calories are the same as pre injury as I was dropping weight at 1925
Macros P270 C 50 F 100

Training right now is more getting the body moving and building back up to where I was before. Very little to no leg work right now as I'm awaiting the physio to give the ok to start adding weight.

Current weight 74kg
Height 170cm

Most of my body fat that I'm still carrying is the good old back fat, slight amount in the mid section and a bit on the chest.

Hoping to lean out a bit more but we will need to add some more food soon. Generally when we add volume my mid section gains a bit. So hopefully we can avoid that this time

whats the range on test and oestradiol they gave you? same for all the ranges free test shbg etc

good start to this log, can we see details for your diet and training as you go please, training sets and reps and exercises, diet foods and meals please

Yep - inc the ranges appropriate to your age (they'll be in brackets to the right of the figures). Screenshot if need be

You don't need gear at this point. Your eating, training and overall physical health need to be in check before you start anything.

Tbh it's the worst results layout wise, the ranges were up top.

how old are you man? that is important to know. also any bloodwork history we can compare?

Not with the test levels etc, I've had regular bloods for work and check ups with everything good.

thank you for sharing the log,amazing start.

We can't read the meals in a picture. Please copy and paste the text for us.

The same with training please paste the text as you go daily, not just the split but what you do daily reps sets and exercises.

Sgentz you know I have big time respect for you, followed your log daily for your show. But this man needs self-TRt, look at his blood work range.

Hey bud, yeah im hapy with that, i was also going to add my handle FeAr_mE to make is easier to see which is mine

Ill upload the diet etc in text today guys. I was doing it on my phone which was a bit difficult while i was on the treadmill haha
