dips are tough! many people can't even do one
 
Im thinking you would pop off the half round plastic end cap and they slide into the metal tube like that. Half of those caps are missing at the two gyms I mainly train at so that wouldn't be a problem.
I will take a look at the equipment at the gym today and see if it’s possible.
 
I like how you're going high fat 64 grams
That seems like a normal amount of fat to me. I would consider high fat anything over 100-125 and low fat anything under 40.

I've always considered 60-70g lower fat into the normal fat range as well.

Today is always a great day in the gym as it's a Saturday so I don't have to worry about having to rush to get to work. Was pumped after the first 4 sets so from there I knew it was going to be hectic session. About half of the exercises I either increased by two reps or upped the weight on the first set of the exercise. These little victories is what tells me I'm getting closer to my goals. Didn't get enough protein in today but went shopping for protein bars and meal prepped so I'm set for the next 2 weeks to hit my daily targets.

Yeah I'm doing a cut for the next 2 weeks to trim a bit more fat before I head into a bulk. Then i will pump up the calorie intake.
 
Made some adjustments to meals and macros and found the right combination to get close enough to be what I want. Decided that will cut till the end of the month. Then start a bulk for 22 weeks depending on bloods if I go longer or shorter, time will tell I guess. Have a heart scan this week, things should be fine just a precautionary thing. Already had ultrasounds on liver and kidneys and have the all clear not even a fatty liver which was good to hear. Will see the outcome of the heart scans etc. and if everything is good will hammer some Clen and squeeze the last bit of fat remaining that I can.
