I will take a look at the equipment at the gym today and see if it’s possible.Im thinking you would pop off the half round plastic end cap and they slide into the metal tube like that. Half of those caps are missing at the two gyms I mainly train at so that wouldn't be a problem.

Was pumped after the first 4 sets so from there I knew it was going to be hectic session. About half of the exercises I either increased by two reps or upped the weight on the first set of the exercise. These little victories is what tells me I'm getting closer to my goals. Didn't get enough protein in today but went shopping for protein bars and meal prepped so I'm set for the next 2 weeks to hit my daily targets.
