Looking sick!!!Today's back session went really well. Thought I'd push myself and try some weight pull ups and chins. Was able to do them which is a first for me, so all good there. Also noticing alot more vascularity and some extra muscle definition which tells me the fat is still going. Felt great throughout the workout and no niggling pains or anything to report on.

Big mistake guys make is they think this is for a girl lol, I've done it myself, the pump I get in the glutes from hip abduction is insanely good!I find that abduction helps with glutes and especially my ventro glutes. The inner thighs have really improved with adduction machine. So I don't know if that was a typo coz i still get confused between the two lol. I never used to use these machines coz I thought they were for chicks building up their booty's but since using them my legs have gotten wider.
I like itBack workout today and felt great on the seated rows. Got a really good contraction and just connected with all the muscles involved in the movement. Everything went well which is good I guess. Started a 2 week clen cycle of 80mcg per day which is why the sudden increase in heart rate.
