That definitely is a route I could see myself go down as I like to be strong as well.Good idea to have a plan. I agree it’s pointless to put our bodies through all this strain and not compete. If you’re going to do it you might as well powerlift or bodybuild. I think the best way is to compete in a powerlifting competition beforehand as that can force you to train harder. It also makes you feel like a god when you’re lifting twice as much as anyone else around you. At least I feel that way.
Looking great mate !My calf is getting better so did nearly a full leg workout. I only left out hamstring curls as I did 10 reps and felt a bit funny still so stopped. I feel that I will be back up to over 500kg for the leg press in 2 weeks time which is great. Thought I'd post some progress pics as well, getting some more vascularity even though body weight has stayed steady at 89kg.

Today's leg session was smaller as my calf muscle is still a bit tender so avoided any exercise which put emphasise on that muscle. Don't want to injure myself completely so rather rest it to fight another day. I also started taking Halotestin Which Livewell Labs sent me as a sample to test. Along with some Test-E and Viagra. Taking 10mg before workouts and 10mg 8hours later.

@B3rnie training on point and your diet seems very clean protein is highBig back and biceps sesh today. Pushing through the routines a bit more vocally but it's what gets me going to improve and go hard. Not sure if it's the Halo adding some aggression or just the desire to be the best I can be or maybe a combination of both. I've made the decision to do my best to do an amateur show in 4 years time when I'm 45. Personally I don't see the point in taking all these different compounds if I'm not going to. Otherwise I'd just stay on Test at a TRT dose for general health benefits.

Take time for the loose skin to come back as we age. The hgh help my skin tighten up. Looking real good bro. Keep this old pig on his toes with all these Aussie pushing which I truly love.
