Started taking 20mg Halo pre workout with another 10mg in the morning. Strength has noticeably increased even though i'm on such a small amount of calories. Weight has stayed steady at 89kg, so I'm assuming my body is starting to recomp now.

My calf is getting better so did nearly a full leg workout. I only left out hamstring curls as I did 10 reps and felt a bit funny still so stopped. I feel that I will be back up to over 500kg for the leg press in 2 weeks time which is great. Thought I'd post some progress pics as well, getting some more vascularity even though body weight has stayed steady at 89kg.

You will have to excuse the wrinkly loose skin in the last one. I've lost so much weight I now have this grossness going on and will take a long time to get tight again but I'd rather this then be fat.

I have to stand over it alot to push down as its starting to make me bounce around a bit as I'm 89kg so can't go any heavier now till I bulk.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys had some personal stuff going on and have not been as active on the forums and socials. A few things have changed in the meantime firstly have started my bulk. Which I'm now at day 12 and have gone from 89kg to 101kg already. Alot of water weight obviously but BP is good. Calories have increased from 2,000 per day to 3,000 calories per day. Also introduced insulin pre workout and I know can see what all the hype is about. My skin feels like it is about to split open the pump is that strong. The NPP is starting to work and my joints are feeling good too.
I must give a massive shoutout to @Anabolikchikin @AlphaLabs @Body_enhancements @AJ for awarding me with all of the best gear from the Summer Transformation Competition. Honestly couldn't have come at a better time and none of this would have been possible without their generosity.

Also wanted to add been running a sample vial of NPP from @Sydneycitysupplements and it's been working as it should. Joints are feeling better after 12 days and have gained size and some strength already. Injections have been smooth and no PIP.

I already have adjusted my Primo-E dose from 250 to 350mg per week as I'm holding a bit too much water as well as my right nipple is a bit sensitive. I have aromasin, arimidex, tamoxifen, and caber on hand if needed. I'm taking P5P for prolactin control as I know from previous bloods, even before gear I had slightly elevated levels. Could also be a bit of paranoia and soreness from only recently started injecting into my pecs
Hoping the EQ and Mast on the second half give me a drier more vascular appearance even though I'm still bulking. 🙏

Sorry for the lack of updates guys had some personal stuff going on and have not been as active on the forums and socials. A few things have changed in the meantime firstly have started my bulk. Which I'm now at day 12 and have gone from 89kg to 101kg already. Alot of water weight obviously but BP is good. Calories have increased from 2,000 per day to 3,000 calories per day. @B3rnie 350mgs of primo is a good dose but you're taking p5p for prolactin why not some dostinex?

training on point but you going up with volume?

I've never heard of dostinex till you mentioned it now....will have to check it out. I won't be increasing volume but progressively overloading with weights.
