Running Apex oils at the moment and did for my transformation. I also used @ugloz anavar 20mg pre workout. Also I think the big fat burning component was the liquid clen from @AlphaLabs 80mcg/day. Will be running @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals when the Apex vials are done which will be a week or so.

Seen this transformation pic before on @AlphaLabs thread nothing short of amazing, had a look at your training and the volume and weight you push is nothing short of insane.

Also loving the meal prep looks so good!!! This log is going to be one for the history books for sure 💪

Looking forward to following along a fellow Aussie grinding hard and giving it a crack!!!

Legs done and dusted for Monday. Great session, getting some more vascularity in my legs which is exciting. Endurance has improved as my sessions are 2 hours lately but don't feel that long. Got myself a tripod/vlogging kit so shits getting serious, I'm on demon time now 😈 Working night shift this month so will catch up on replying on the weekend about my diet etc. I have only done one precious cycle to this one where I used 300mg Test-E once per week for 10 weeks.

legs are looking solid as brother, you are hitting big weight and large volume on your workout. blood pressure is excellent wow bro you are on fire 🔥💯
Cheers mate, yeah it was a big workout today for sure but the GW0742 seems to be giving me endurance coz it don't feel like it's that long. Blood pressure came down astronomically once I lost all the weight.

Slowly getting my log and training more streamlined as to make it easier to do daily updates. Feeling my addictive nature start to take over as this is quickly becoming my obsession. But I've always been one to push the limits and go in balls deep on stuff so hopefully I get some good results in the next few weeks. I will take some body shots for an update o the weekend and think I will do them fortnightly. Will breakdown supplement intake as well. Just give me a couple of days. By this time next week it should look like a proper log 👌
