So hit Back today with Biceps. Seen improvements through most exercises whether it was more reps or weight or both. I've had to re-evaluate my meal preps as I need to increase my protein intake and drop my carbs to keep calories at the needed levels. Hence why I took out white rice in one meal and replaced it with veggie rice whilst increasing the chicken mince.
I've also reintroduced creatine back into my supplement intake as I only took it out for photos for the summer comp. I don't bother doing a loading phase with that either so will take a couple of weeks to reach saturation levels.

Great work as always bro. Keeps me motivated as well to keep pushing. I'm also 54 like Roidrage. But I prefer volume training. As it builds better muscle for myself and keeps me lean
 
Another day another session ticked off. Noticing some vascularity appearing just above my knees especially on my left quad, exciting as I've never seen veins that much as I've been too fat majority of my life let alone have them on my quads. Making little gains each session like I said before whether an extra rep or two or weight. Appetite seems good at the moment. Also started @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals Test-E today and first shot was what I'd expect no PIP and smooth to inject. Still continuing 250mg of that with 200mg Mast-E from Apex.
