Never heard of that lab before
It's a new Aussie lab. Has great oils and a range of pharma meds and ancillaries as well. I'm pretty sure there is another 3 Aussie guys with logs on here running his gear.
 
Todays workout was reasonable but was held back from pushing my normal weight on calf raises. This was due to muscle tightness in my right trap and rhomboid muscle which happens from time to time. I had a shoulder reconstruction and I'm prone to getting knots in my rhomboid muscle which pulls from there onto my trap. This was making the it very uncomfortable when the bar had significant weight pushed down onto it. Will continue to stretch and massage it out this week. Been a week now running @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals gear so far so good.

Today is always a great day in the gym as it's a Saturday so I don't have to worry about having to rush to get to work. Was pumped after the first 4 sets so from there I knew it was going to be hectic session. About half of the exercises I either increased by two reps or upped the weight on the first set of the exercise. These little victories is what tells me I'm getting closer to my goals. Didn't get enough protein in today but went shopping for protein bars and meal prepped so I'm set for the next 2 weeks to hit my daily targets.

Those don’t look like it’s something you can easily do with a piece in a commercial gym.

Those don’t look like it’s something you can easily do with a piece in a commercial gym.
Im thinking you would pop off the half round plastic end cap and they slide into the metal tube like that. Half of those caps are missing at the two gyms I mainly train at so that wouldn't be a problem.

Thanks bro, yeah I like the volume as the gym is my time to focus on myself and block out the world and have nothing to worry about except pushing the weight as hard as I can. This is my therapy pretty much.
