feeling sick on semaglutide

been using semaglutide at around 15mgs a week total. Feeling sick on it.
When I work out my back starts to get really itchy and I start sweating and feeling nauseous very quickly
I’ve tried drinking as much as I can and I’ve tried eating some candy before my workout but it doesn’t help.
Do you think that I should lower the dose or should I keep things the way they are and just deal with the side effects? I’m 300 lbs and I’m trying to lose 50 lbs

What was your starting dose? You should never be running it that high. You should be starting at .2mg/wk and working up to 2mg max over the course of months.

Never did Seraglutide, but after a quick research, here what dosing protocol I found:

Starting Dose: 0.25mg per week;
Intermediate Dose: 0.5mg to 1mg per week;
Maximum Dose: 2.0mg per week.

Are you taking Orally or SubQ injection?

Perhaps you are doing way to much and you are gonna cause some health issue?

There probably peoples on the forum that have experienced with Sermaglutide that can help you.

Try lowering the dose but be fast to pull the plug. These drugs come with side effects

Your overdosing it. I went up to 1mg per week. I just finished up being on it for 6 months. Never had any sides from dosing it the proper way.

I wonder if he's using semaglutide or tirzepatide. Dosing would be more in line with tirzepatide. 15mg sema is dangerous. His blood sugar is prob tanking from the sound of it. 30sec google search will spit out the correct dosing schedule.

You are going to high in doses bro
if you feel sick start cutting back the dose to just 5mgs/week total

Let's stop that. What mindset makes you think eating sweets while using a Type II diabetic med is gonna help you use 50lbs?

cut the dose in half next time I bet your side effects will be better

I would give it 1 week and if the side effects don't improve stop using it

I'm not a big fan of these types of drugs they come with a lot of sides

the long-term risks of these anti-diabetes drugs is very concerning

you are better off just cleaning up your diet and doing it the old-fashioned way

I took semaglutide for a few weeks and I really got sick on it so you're not alone

why not use something like GW instead

I wonder that as well. Even then, 15mg is high (and I personally couldn’t get past 7.5mg without feeling sick), but it would be doable for some people.

Well if he doesn't know what he is using that is even a bigger problem.
