Was teaching at another school to sub for a friend doing the PAN-Ams in Orlando.
Hard rolls after. You can tell the guys wanted to test the little girlI went hard with a 220-lbs dude. Fun and challenging rolls.
Tomorrow is my last deadlift day before a week of deload. Excited.
