Thanks guys, it's unfortunately not 185, but 115x7. My previous PR 10 years ago was 115x3 and I was at least 10lbs heavier.

I had two shoulder reconstructions so all my pressing exercises have been limited for many years. I am glad things are picking up.

Was teaching at another school to sub for a friend doing the PAN-Ams in Orlando.

Hard rolls after. You can tell the guys wanted to test the little girl 😂 I went hard with a 220-lbs dude. Fun and challenging rolls.

Tomorrow is my last deadlift day before a week of deload. Excited.

Last say of S4 and anavar tomorrow. Got a few GW left for the rest of the week. Do you guys want me to keep logging after or ?

Stomach is a bottomless pit today. bad breakup on my end so feeling crappy but such is life. Apparently I train too much and do too much.

Slept 12 hours. Didn't go to work. Needed a "me" day.

Foam roller x 20min
Core work x 20min

Bjj nogi x 2 hours, including 8x6min sparring rounds.

Supplements:
Creatine, magnesium citrate, taurine, B complex omega 3, vitamin D

12 hours thats a long sleep good day
