Didn't sleep too well last night. Ice rain outside, dogs were scared, I was feeling antsy a bit and my brain was on overdrive from having to sit through 6 hours of lectures in the evening. There's over a foot of snow and ice in my driveway so I'll have to take care of that during the day

Anavar (syn pharma) 2x5mg
supps : taurine + magnesium citrate + B complex + omega 3 + vitamin D

Diet :
oatmeal with almond milk, protein shake with frozen berries and chia seeds
homemade lasagna with zucchini, mushrooms, sweetpotatoes and beyond meat burger - each piece has about 750 calories
homemade green soup - looks awful once it's blended with spinach, kale, broccoli, cashews and spices

2225 cals / 111g P / 243g C / 80g F

foam roller x 30 min
core work circuit for 15 minutes

C2 concept rower 10 x 15sec / 30sec rest
while watching the new season of Jack Ryan.

Best timing and should I finish my anavar cycle (I'm on my 3rd week) and then focus more on conditioning while on SARMS ?

Yeah for sure, and the noise was insane. Smart dogs are also sensitive AF.

They did enjoy running in the snow today though, while I was exhausted from shoveling forever 😂

the general rule with sarms and females is run half the recommended dose for men

so in that case s4 you would do 25mgs. however since cardarine isn't actually a sarm and a drug i would run the full dose of 20mgs a day. some will do 10mgs

what part of canada are you? we have a lot of canadians on here

Coffee, kashi bar and dried mangoes preworkout. Wasn't really hungry but it is what it is.

Wrestling practice. Heavy heavy warmup x 30min, techniques x 30min, live rounds and parterre x 30min.

I feel like death 😂

It's my 3rd week on Anavar at 10mg ED. Should I bump it to 15mg ?

did you check the NAC post above? I suggest you take some NAC that will help with the flu

you shouldnt train when you feeling sick imo

dont bump up the anavar, stay at 10mgs ed for at least 8 weeks
its very dangerous to up steroids on week 3
