lunges and hanging raises are always fun

I can't put any weight on lunges yet. I used to cycle ultra long distance (around 10 000km per summer) and ended up with patellofemoral pain syndrome. Haven't biked in 18 months now (also why I bought a rower for home). That 90 degree angle still isn't feeling good and I am just doing slow and controlled lunges to get a nice stretch and make sure my knee cap tracks the way it's supposed to.

I miss biking and listening to podcasts. It would empty my head - which is a hard task for me.

I haven't. It's usually very consistent or fitting my activity levels. Otherwise, I'm pretty headstrong and I don't let it bother me.

Big week with new schedule, waking up early, grad school semester starting again, getting a mild flu. Just happy all is good today.

the dogs keep you active

I'd say I keep them active because they are pretty lazy if you ask me. They train hard, and rest harder ;) but they're happy when I work from home.

Thank brother, I feel it's different from the other logs.

Different goals for different people - but it freaks me out when I see people eating 6-8x per day with only meat and cheese and eggs with no vegetable in sight hahaha so yeah

Speaking of which :
Breakfast : cereals with oat milk, toasts x 2 with PB, 2 cups of cherries
Dinner : leftovers in a pan - lentils, veggies, cashew cheese
Snacks while working at home : dehydrated mangoes, popcorn with nutritional years and coconut oil, coconut cream in coffee

2205 cals / 120g protein / 247g carbs / 68g fat

On a side note, Nordic Fusion confirmed the package has been sent so I'll get the andarine and cardarine soon.

you got some weights at home?

thank you for updating us :)

home training can be bigger do more sets and reps

I just follow the numbers from 531 Wendler, I follow the calculator an run it through the whole year, and deload around tournaments

I have 10 hours of wrestling and BJJ this week to go through. I can't go crazy with volume !

you got some weights at home?

Concept 2 rower, cage with pulley and pullup bar, olympic bar and plates, a few KBs and DBs, bike setup indoor, ab wheel, resistance bands.

how was the diet today?

Just posted it. Nothing to cause envy.

Nordic are on point

Thanks for sharing the diet details. It is super interesting to me because I can't remember anyone logging that ate a vegan diet. Glad to hear the products are on the way. I have used Nordic Fusion in the past and everything has always been great.

Good to hear !

Honestly, I'll eat animal by-products if it's offered to me or while traveling. I just personally refuse to contribute to the shitshow that are slaughterhouses and caged animals. I wasn't always like that, but growing up on a farm, animals were always free, roaming and it was a seasonal "privilege" to eat them.

But I will never be offended if someone invites me over and feeds me pizza with cheese, or cooks with honey. I feel it fits my lifestyle and the way humans evolved : sometimes there was meat, sometimes not. I don't judge people who eat meat, but I'll raise an eyebrow if they discriminate which animal and which part they deem good and acceptable. You're omnivores or you're not.

I’ve always like Nordic fusion.

What products have you tried ?

Get work and log.
Always late to the party but subbed in now.

Brad

Not that late. Welcome aboard!

Chilled day. Working from home. 1 online class tonight that I'll follow this weekend. Froze my ass off while bringing the dogs in the forest to run. It was -16°C with the windchill.

Core work circuit x 20 minutes

Wrestling practice x 90 minutes

Cardio still recovering a bit but I'm feeling better. Slept a solid 9 hours last night.

2225 cals / 113 P / 243C / 80F

i agree corporate farming is a joke. so anti natural eating
