Working from home so espresso all day, studying and a few work assignments here and there.

Super sore from wrestling last night. The conditioning was brutal with 100 pushups, 100 sissy squats, 100 abs, 100 sprawls and shoot and 10 rounds of 3 minutes of live sparring. My whole body is aching today.

OHP 45x5x2, 50x3, 55x5, 60x5, 70x6 super strict with those, zero cheating, making sure I don't reinjure my labrum
Arnold press 15x15x5
Latpulldowns (supinated grip) 5x12
Cable pushdowns 5x15

BJJ nogi class in the evening x 2 hours

Tomorrow I'm driving a bit to go skiing. First time of the season. I'll try to get 5-6 hours in and just relax. Jello legs incoming.

Started taurine at week one because of the back pumps. 1g per day was enough.

Lately, I've been dealing with abs/core cramps. It's extremely painful, but only last 5-10 seconds. Anyone ever experienced this ?

90 min wrestling practice. Was late and had to add 110 burpees to the warmup.
Studying all day.
At night, foam roller x 30min and core work circuit x 20min.
First day I'm definitely "looking" leaner even if I've gained 5lbs in a month.

Meal 1 - overnight oats with strawberries
Meal 2 - homemade pizza with vegetables, pesto and seitan
Snack - dark chocolate with hazelnut
2140 cals / 121g P / 218g carbs / 81g fat


I'm going on vacation this week. Can't wait. No grappling at all - cardio and weight lifting only.
