Female first try with LGD-need advice

hi,
I am a new member, hi everyone! I am 38, female, 59 kg. I am doing sports for 2 years. On the pic you can see my progress. I am doing 3-4x/week weight lifting and cardio. I prefer squats, deadlifts, barbell row, lungee and also the machines in the gym.

Actually I dont know what to do now..Unfortunately I did not gain the muscles I dreamed off naturally. With a slight surplus(+200 kcal) I just gained fat on my lower stomach. With a minus (-300)I cant lift heavy, but also not lost fat. I really dont know what else to do to get of this stubborn fat. Is it not better with my stats, to gett of the fat and then building up?

Now after two years, I am considering of taking steroide or sarms. Can be Ostarine or LGD-4033. It feels like ceating for me, like failed. I have never used such things. I tried so hard by myself but now I am at my limits :..( on the pic you can see, that I had no results within the last 8 monts!!

you aren't going to put slobs of muscle on because you are a female, you do not have the amount of testosterone of a man or of DHT. so not sure what your goals are but some chicks take male hormones cause they want bigger muscles at the expense of losing that feminine look.

the good news is you don't need to go down that route.. but you can put on nice feminine lean muscle with SARM's which do not effect your hormones like steroids do.

you have several choices on what to take.. all sarm's are fair game.. I would do ostarine or LGD and stack either with GW. or you can do the triple stack.. it depends on your budget

you will get nice results especially after putting in the hours previously
 
Welcome! You've come to the right place. Lots of info with great ppl here to help. SARM's sounds like a good place to start. There are other "female friendly" options but its always best to start with the basics to get a good feel and, depending on your goals, work your way up.

sister...naturally women have a much harder time losing bodyfat and retaining muscle mass...hence females look for help from things like sarms...my girl was doing cardio 6 days per week before we met and yoga on 7th...overtraining and still not losing fat...after 2 years she dropped 20kg+ and her sister more....sometimes you need some chemical help, sometimes you dont...all up to you how you want to play it....and sister, 2 years isn't long...at least 5 years for life changes...

Welcome to Evo. You look great! As for your questions... That last bit of fat is the hardest to lose.

-The number one thing is your diet needs to be perfect!! Do you keep track of macros?
-Are you doing fasted cardio in the morning?
-Once these things are dialed in and you plateau again, then think about adding Cardarine GW and maybe Ostarine/LGD like SteveSmi said.
-Alternatively, there is Albuterol, Clenbuterol, etc. These can be hard on the body, esp the heart.
 
I think you have a very decent base to work with. SARMS triple stack for sure would be the best place to start. Shouldn't take you long to start seeing some progress especially since it sounds like you watch your diet and have motivation to work at it.

There is nothing bad in using steroids or other compounds. I guess you don't feel like cheating the nature when you take anti-biotics when you are sick - right? As long as everything is done properly, it will be completely fine.

@gearhead has given you here an awesome SARMs cycle. It is completely safe, and my wife has run several of those cycles already, with no issues.

I'm on lgd right now with clen everyother day or so. Been about a month I've put on about 5lbs and can already see the muscles over my ribs. I'm not a big guy but have never had them before. It's worth it.

Women are at a much worse hormonal stand point then men. It is always harder for women to meet their goals. Patience is a virtue.

This sport is a marathon. You WILL achieve your goals. DO NOT give up. Stay focused and keep training hard, you will get there.

I would suggest carbohydrate cycling. It will keep your insulin sensitivity high and by varying your carbohydrate and calorie intake, you can plan your high carbohydrate days on your hardest training days (so you can still lift heavy) and on your lighter training days or rest days, you can put yourself in a calorie deficit and focus on fat loss. You get the best of both worlds. Unfortunately, you are comparing yourself to photos of women who are using performance enhancing drugs, and photos that are photo shopped. There is nothing wrong with taking PED's, but that's a decision you have to make.

Sarms are a good choice for women because you won't experience any masculating side effects.
 
I'm going to disagree with some of what people have posted and suggest a couple adjustments you might consider:
1) S4 (Andarine) is fairly androgenic and may not be something you want to take. It is about 1/3 as androgenic as testosterone for its amount of anabolic activity, so keep that in mind.
2) LGD-4033 is basically way better than Ostarine. Ostarine is largely obsolete and the triple stack should be updated to reflect this.
3) You might consider Ipamorelin and Mod-GRF129 stack. They serve as a weaker HGH and can get your body to release around 2UI per day, which is enough to notice the lipolytic effects and some anabolic effects.
4) RAD140 is another SARM worth trying. It is newer, but the research for it kicks the crap out of every other sarm. lgd is roughly as strong, but has more sides. S4 has way more sides, but can be good in a cut due to its androgenic effects. Note though that androgenic properties generally tend to be correlated with reductions in estrogen which is why they reduce fat.
5) If you take LGD4033 and/or RAD140 you will see results. They are really freaking powerful.

Anyway, those are just my thoughts. Welcome to the board. I'm new to this board as well, though I've done my research.

@gearhead 5 years?? in 5 years I hope to be a mum. Then I dont need to have a sixpack.

@alphalife I am on a -300 kcal deficit. My macros are 100+ protein, 50 fat and 250max complex Carbonhydrates. Total cal 1800.

I have tried fasted cardio, no success. I heard Ostarine you can loose your menstrution, even if it comes back after stopping, I am afraid of messing up with my hormones, liver, cholesterin or heart.

dear bros..:) what about the fact, that I just gain fat on my stomach when I am in a slight +200 kcal surplus? I dont gain any muscles, maybe I do..but it is very hidden beyond that fat layer.

Look what I have found:
Based on all of this, here’s how fast you can expect to build muscle on average:
Average Natural MAN: between 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of muscle per week (or about 1-2 pounds of muscle gained per month).
Average Natural WOMAN: between 0.12 – 0.25 pounds of muscle per week (or about 0.5-1 pound of muscle gained per month)

@muskate thank you for the link. You think its possible to be in some days in a surplus and others in deficit. For me that means- in a week average- I will be in maintance cuz I am now in deficit. Actually even maintance mode I get fatter.
.I have to say that in former years I was on a 1200 kcal for years. I think I lost a lot of muscles.

@nameless welcome also to the board. I am doing my researches but really messed up with all. First I read months about steroids just to find out, that I wont use it. Then I found out about sarms very new, and doing my research now.

you mean lgd has more negative sides than RAD140?
