Meal 1 - overnight oats, chia seeds, 1 scoop isolate protein, cinnamon, blueberries
Meal 2 - sweetpotato, seitan, broccoli
Meal 3 - big salad with ginger and sesame dressing
Snack - 1 apple
Snack - sea salt dark chocolate





Water intake : 5L

Training :
A1. Bench press 50x5, 65x5, 75x3, 80x5, 95x5, 105x8
A2. Box jumps (24") 5x5
B1. 1-arm DB rows 55x10x5
B2. DB lateral raises x 50reps

Core work circuit x 10min

Dieting, small concussion, no anavar, no SARMs and coming off a deload... Bench felt off. I just need to stay consistent and not focus on numbers this month as my performance has to be when grappling, not lifting.

bench is going to fall off when you come off, give it time you'll be back


and i really suggest staying off anything stronger than anavar or winstrol and sarms, please trust us
