sister yo need to do that move on mobster. would be funny.
I don't know what kind of flexibility he has, I think he might find he's falling from sky high
Seems like a good little place that you train at there. Everybody's working together.
The place is awesome. Bought the other part of the building to expand. The owner is a former olympian with a galizion kids into all disciplines. Super cool vibe.
Do you like the movie Karate Kid or do you think that it's too fake?
I like it, not sure I'd use is as an instructionnal tho hahaha
Really cool stuff. How did you originally get into this anyway?
I dislike guard pullers and I didn't wanna end up a brown and black belt who can't do takedowns. BJJ people are a bit lazy and scared of stand up games and it's become one of my main weapon but the road there has been very painful and humbling.
I wonder how I would do up against you being a professional bodybuilder. I think my strength would still beat you.
I train with and against bodybuilders all the time. They're honestly not that great, mostly because of cardio and flexibility issues. I am wayyyy more trouble with construction workers or like former athletes like gymnasts or rugby people. With the gi, your strength and size would actually be my advantage. A neck is still a neck and an ankle pops quite easily no matter how big you are.

I work with a guy who's 6'3" and 280. Deadlifts 800 lbs. My only chance is to get on his back to choke him out or heel hook him and run the fuck away.
sister no way you taking me down. mobster maybe, but not me
I wore a plaid shirt for you today

@rememberTHE5 very strong lifts and after being sick, you're a champion

Gotta like Belt Squats
Shoulder life saver for higher reps. Also smooth on the lower back.
nice update, you ever try hot yoga? then right after when you walk out of the room and the air feels so cold. best feeling ever.

For 3 years pre pandemic. Then it closed and I switched to stretching at home. Less time consuming as well.

always killin it girl
