Not fighting for a while unless a superfight. Not curringt. Training only technique for a while. Recovery and building my body back.

Beyond meat ones are amazing. All the others are meh at best.

BJJ is about 2-3 years by belt if you don't stop for big injuries. Around 10-12 years.

Meal 1 - grapes, protein bar
Meal 2 - pasta with homemade sauce I prepared yesterday (tomatoes, herbs, garlic, nutritional yeast, cream cheese)
Meal 3 - dinner at a friend's : homemade lasagna and ice cream at a local shop (twist cone dipped in salted caramel belgian chocolate)
Snack - 2cups carrot sticks, 2oz sea salt almonds, saltine crackers with old cheddar

Water intake : 5L
Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine

Training :
Average daily steps this week : 12 500. Weather has been really nice overall. I finished work and walked an hour to the gym instead of taking the metro/bus.

OHP 45x5x2, 50x3, 60x5, 70x3, 75x7
A1. Viking press 80x10x3
A2. Chinups (hammer grip) x 3,3,3,3,3,3
B1. DB front raises 15x10x3 per side
B2. BB curls 45x8x3
Face pulls 30x20x3
