Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine

Bench press 60x5, 75x5, 85x3, 95x5, 110x5, 120x6
Flat DB bench press 40x8x3
A1. latpulldowns (wide) 50x12x3

Upcoming plan :
- another round of Wendler 531, then deload on week 4
- start a clean bulk (trainer is currently working on a diet, I've never asked for outside help for a real bulk so that's interesting) with Rad140 + MK677
- Will do Building the Monolith during the first half of the bulk. Should be quite demanding : https://www.jimwendler.com/blogs/jimwendler-com/101078918-building-the-monolith-5-3-1-for-size
- Pictures will be taken. Not because I have physical look or aesthetics concerns, but because I want to monitor progress and body fat levels
- ADCC opens have new weight classes for women and I will have to go to 65kg so I better get comfortable

@LittleTimeTrouble we arent allowed by the admins to discuss politics and such but honestly I dont know anything about this besides news headlines. I think Canadians are some of the nicest people I've ever meet, cool cats straight up.
This thing with politics, that doesn't represent our iron brothers and iron sisters, we mainly focus on how much you can lift and your diet lol :) on evo. I'm sure there are communities that have way deeper views.
I personally only want to see body and hard training ALL THE WAY!
