Snack - oatmilk in coffee, granola bar hefore wrestling, fresh baguette while cooking
Water intake : 5L
Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine
Training :
wrestling dtilling + 6x1min rounds greco-roman, 12x1min freestyle
Walk with the dog x 60min
yoga x 45min

Was supposed to work evening overtime all weekend but cancelled it. Life-balance took over.
@rememberTHE5 I have a kickboxer I train part time she had issues with post-tbol but shes back now on anavar has pump issues no matter what i am doing with her, thinking of switching her back to tbol btwStrength gains are slower and harder.
Cardio not as great.
A little bit of cystic acne on my butt the first week.
I think periods being delayed (just once) was more the weight cuts and tournaments. But tbol is the shit for me.
Nice! Balance is huge. My wife quit corporate life and took a pretty big pay cut about 6 years ago but was never happier. Money isn't everything. September is more and more beautiful and sunny. It's the decrease in sunlight that's kiling me.very nice take advantage of that beautiful weather right now where you're at I'm sure it will change in another month or two
