Meal 1 - 1.5cup overnight oats with coconut flakes, chia seeds, dehydrated apples, cinnamon, biggest apple ever
Meal 2 - pasta, 6oz chicken breast, mozza cheese, 2cups carrot sticks
Snack - protein bar x 2 (tough and busy day at the office), 3cups popcorn in coconut oil, 3oz mozza cheese, 1.5cup tropical juice

Water intake : 5L

Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine

Training :
Walking the dog x 40min
----deload workout #1 20min total before wrestling practice----

Bench press 60x5, 75x5, 85x5
Squats 70x5, 90x5, 105x5
A1. KB swings 30x10x3
A2. TRX rows 3x10
B1. Incline DB press 25x10x3
B2. DB rear lateral raises 15x10x3

Wrestling x 90min
Notes :

Slept poorly because I was really sore from bjj. Rolls have been brutal.

Skipped a few buses to and back from work and walked an extra 60 min today.

i didn't want the responsibility of a dog so I got a cat and raised it like a dog
it likes people and other animals and I walk on a leash as well

@rememberTHE5 on the sleeping i suggest adding some melatonin and valerian before to calm, consider it

Just made a big batch of banana/dark chocolate/walnut muffins.
Do you just add dark chocolate and walnut pieces to the recipe? Looks tasty.
