Clitoral enlargement is one of the long term side effects that women who take steroids have to suffer through. The tissue in the clitoris receives stimulus from the androgen hormones the girl is taking and so the tissue grows. Yes I have and no sex is not normal when he clit is enlarged, the whole technique has to be modified to account for the large ball of nerve endings she now has. It can become really painful for her if you are not careful.

I personally have never had sex with a women with an enlarged clitoris but I imagine it would defiantly change things. The clitoris is full of nerve endings and extremely sensitive. I have no experience with this but would say there would need to be a lot of communication before getting to it.
Personally, I have never had such an experience, but obviously there would be many things to take into consideration, being the clit the main thing to keep in mind. Just like with any lady, it is best to discuss what things are allowed, and which are not, especially with a lady that can kick your ass lol.

I can't imagine any woman wanting to have this area enlarged. Especially permanently. That's heavy...
I do not know much about steroid use for women, but I think I should know more. In general what is the # 1 way for a woman to increase her muscle bulk with the minimum side effects?

SARMS will not cause any of the virilization effects - none at all. Hence, they are the safest alternative for women. Besides, women usually take low dosages of steroids, and since they can use almost men-like dosages of SARMS, they will get the same results with SARMS, as with steroids, but without any of the side effects of steroids. Among steroids such things as anavar, turinabol and primobolan are the safest options for women, but they are more like the least worst options for a female athlete.
Women need to be very careful when using steroids. SARMS are a much better option. If AAS though, there are a few like anavar and very low dose eq that are safer.

That's great. All female body builders should use a Sarm then. If I were a woman I wouldn't take anything else.

As a female that uses peds. ....these females who have a giant sized clitoris must be using steriods for extended periods of time and in pretty decent doses. If done in moderation a female might experience a slight "swollen" clitoris while on which subsides almost immediately.
I can imagine that these women who really abuse the drug have these issues.....
