Fenugreek a good 1?

I haven't heard many people talk about fenugreek as an herbal that helps with your gym performance and in the bedroom. But I've been reading about it and seems like it's a hidden herbal that can work well for me. Should I use it by itself or should I use it with other herbals

Fenugreek is great for test boosting and blood sugar control, I take it in n2generate es it does the job and keeps me leveled during meals.
