Hey I was wonder since I am doing a keto diet and will now be doing a 16/8 fast everyday is it beneficial to take my fiber while I am not allowed to eat? I am most concerned about getting my insides healthy again. I think I have fatty liver and want to do whats best to get my body back to balance. I also love sauerkraut and the prebiotic properties of it for health. Looking at taking my fiber first thing upon wakening and then sauerkraut along with probiotics an hour later. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
