Fiber and Sauerkraut Durring fasted peroid

Hey I was wonder since I am doing a keto diet and will now be doing a 16/8 fast everyday is it beneficial to take my fiber while I am not allowed to eat? I am most concerned about getting my insides healthy again. I think I have fatty liver and want to do whats best to get my body back to balance. I also love sauerkraut and the prebiotic properties of it for health. Looking at taking my fiber first thing upon wakening and then sauerkraut along with probiotics an hour later. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
 
during a fast you should FAST, that means you don't take nothing except water

your body IS healing itself while you are fasting. the idea behind fasting is staying out of your bodies way so it can heal. also if you want the best results from fasting you need to go longer. 16 hours is the bare minimum. you really need to push longer. 20 hours is where you truly start getting autophagy where cells regenerate.

with your condition though you want to ease into lower fasts. i recommend trying 20-22 hours. and doing longer fasts here and there

and just i told you in your other thread. stop worrying about re-feeding and all that nonsense. as soon as you eat your metabolism speeds up, that is how it works. you do not want to throw sugars and crap at your body during this time anyway. best thing to break a fast are 2 things. raw fruit and home made bone broth. you can literally live off those 2 things + veggies and have tremendous results

I would take probiotics daily and spore based probiotics. On the fiber take psyllium husk inside the feeding window not outside.
