finestgears.to screwed me again

finestgears.to is an awful source and I would like your advice on what to do from here.
Ordered 5 weeks ago and they never sent me anything. I’ve been going back and forth with them playing email tag and now they have gotten really nasty with me sending me nasty homophobic and racist attacks.
They refused to refund me and now they’re saying they’re not going to send me anything either,. Any advice on what I can do from here is there any place I can complain and maybe try and get my money back?

finestgears.to was a sponsor on anabolex.com for a while so I saw them there, after 2 months it was discovered they were scamming sending fake gear so they got banned, stay away from them
