Finished training yesterday night at 3am cuz I've worked more than usual, currently feverish since I had just a cold yesterday and I trained anyway.
Should be fine soon but today I'll postpone Leg day otherwise they'll have to choose my coffin.
Nonetheless a good week.
 
Photos taken today, still feverish and forgive my stiffness but I can't open up more than that at the moment, had a left nip flare up but it didn't worsened more.
6~hish kgs less than December since I didn't trained and eaten, hopefully I'llgain back the musclesive lost, definitely need to fill up more.
Been back to training for 2 weeks now.

yeah true, then you have to do the deed of throwing up which sucks and hoping it goes away. sometimes it requires 3 or 4 throwups lol.
