These 2 weeks im working less hence more time to dedicate, hopefully ill be busier next week.
 
Proper cut, im 9,5 weeks out from my first show.
I told my coach he can go hard on calories cutting, I want to get as lean as I can get on stage and getting as close to 5/6% as I can get (will see if it's possible with the time remaining) and each week will get a drop in calories.

Still 9 weeks and 1 day out of my first show wich will be at an NPC show, will have to cut down calories much lower if I want to get 5/6% bf, never been that lean hopefully i have enough time 😂

9 weeks out you look really good :D tighter ever time.

I would start working on leaning a bit closer to the show so you can drop in a refeed test.

Good bp too, very level.

Today just lats and bicep (will finish Rear Delts tomorrow on push day) since I pinched a nerve doing squats on Leg day, and if I don't let it go away straight away it will last a week and be so painful that I had difficulties cleaning myself after pooping... so I decided to not risk it since im in a contest prep and every week is precious.

Attached a small Vulken to the Pullover to have more brace and stability and it worked perfectly, highly recommended with this machine 🫡.

the pullover is legit bro i use a similar one too not this one but something like that really good stretch on it

I've swapped it with the Lat PullDown, was already stale on the PullDown for a while now.
Can fell my lats much better while using "less weight"
