how is your budget? maybe you can get pre made meals like chickenpound @devinTKHonestly at this point my diet is just eat 180grams of protein and 3k-3.5k calories a day. I have been getting it with eggs/burgers/steak and protein shakes. I know it can be better i just haven't gotten there yet. Need to plan a way to get three 1k calorie meals in a day while working as a CDL driver. I dont think I can eat enough chicken and rice to get the calories I need. I struggle to get the calories and protein i am getting now. Figure I'd just eat enough calories to gain wait and work out as hard as I can until I make a plan.
