Honestly at this point my diet is just eat 180grams of protein and 3k-3.5k calories a day. I have been getting it with eggs/burgers/steak and protein shakes. I know it can be better i just haven't gotten there yet. Need to plan a way to get three 1k calorie meals in a day while working as a CDL driver. I dont think I can eat enough chicken and rice to get the calories I need. I struggle to get the calories and protein i am getting now. Figure I'd just eat enough calories to gain wait and work out as hard as I can until I make a plan.
how is your budget? maybe you can get pre made meals like chickenpound @devinTK
 
I can spend around 400 a month on food for myself.

Maybe 600 if I needed to.
I suggest you check a meal prep place like thechickenpound, the guy that runs it is a real bodybuilder. @devinTK

I always suggest meal prep if you have $600-700 for solo eating you can split between chicken and protein bars really give you that extra bulk. Of course rice you can just premake for the whole week or get a cheap rice cooker.

Being 194 pounds do you think 3500 calories is a good amount to bulk while not gaining too much over another 18weeks? I will check out the meal prep
 
The EQ just arrived so I am starting frontloading it today. I will continue taking .25 arimidex E3D for the next week while I build up the EQ. I'm thinking i am going to go 225 EQ and 350 Test instead to try and not have to use an AI the rest of the cycle. Will get bloodwork done in 3weeks to see where I am at. Having to get used to injecting more oil sucks. I have been swapping between shoulders IM and sub q on my sides, but i don't want to sub q 30IU as it leaves bumps.. may need to get longer needles to use my ass. Can I use an insulin syringe for my back arms?

It's hard to say without seeing what you end up eating. I think most forum responses outside of the EVO family are guessing, we don't guess.
What I mean is this, I can lie and say YEA DO IT! but 3500 cal in donuts vs 3500 cal in steak are different, do you see what I mean? :D

You don't need to frontload EQ, that's a myth, you'll get get more sides.
You need to use Glutes and Shoulders to inject, don't subQ and dont pin LEGS or quads ever. @devinTK

Alright ill get some longer needles for glutes. Ya I get what you mean about what I'm actually eating. It's mostly meat and eggs with maybe a milkshake thrown in on weekdays. I just bought a bunch of black rice to get some calories and will be getting a bunch of chicken to meal prep 3 meals of chicken/rice and day.

@devinTK Bro, this looked like a good Texas breakfast to me. My fat wife cooks this sometimes But she adds lots of bacon.
