digital one you got at home says what broly? @devinTKJust got a body weight scale and it says I am 181. So not sure if I should believe both of the mechanical scales at the 2 doctor offices saying 190-193 or the new digital one? Will just keep tracking my weight and as long as it goes up i guess it's not THAT important.

use the same home scale daily best brolyI just got the digital one to use daily yesterday. So will be gauging weight gain off that. Also ordered a bunch high protein oatmeal for breakfast so I can get my carbs higher.

Basically I have just been picking some kind of meat and weighing it to get the macros I need. Besides that I have used protein/mass builder shakes or rice to get the calories to where I need them.Meal prep is legit @devinTK how about other foods?
