First cycle AI

I'm hearing so many diff things about aromasin and how much to take for first test e only cycle.
Gonna be running 500 mg test e each week, question about aromasin, for my first cycle should I do 12.5 mg ED or EOD?

I know only labs can really tell, but I'd like your guys' input from experience.

Start with 10-12.5 EOD. You should be getting bloodwork mid-cycle and you can adjust from there as needed. I’m finishing cycle now of 400mg per week and have been taking 10 EOD.

at the end of the day there is no black and white answer.. only YOU can figure that out via blood work

Unless you are SUPER estrogen sensitive (like .1% of people), 12.5mg ED will be over kill

start eod and assess from there... it may be too much or too little but thats always a good starting point.. i doubt at 500 mg of test that it will be too little but you just dont know without bloodwork, which you should be doing pre, mid and post cycle...

Start with EOD and get bloods mid-cycle so you know if the dose needs to be adjusted.

12.5mg eod is a good starting point. Some individuals may require more but you don't know until you get your bloodwork done like Big MB just said.
