FIRST CYCLE - COACH?

Hello bros,

long time lurker first time poster.

I am thinking on running my first cycle soon, and would love to have a coach kinda guide me through it.

My fears are I'd take something, not be sure what to do if anything went wrong, and having a coach to guide me through what to do and to be able to support me if anything did go wrong would be great.

Im about 28 years old, working manual labour, training 4 days a week atm, and my body is just absolutely exhausted all the time.

I eat really well, I get 8 hours + sleep every night, I stretch, I do yoga, I have great natty t levels (600-700ish).

I just wanna feel amazing, make great gains, and yeah pretty much that's it.

Anyone know of any good coaches australia/melb based?

You have great resources right here. Start by telling us more about you and we can guide you through this. There are also a bunch of Aussie bros on here that can help.

Straight away I can see an issue. I've done the laboring type work along with training and I could just about stand still when we were flat out at work. And that was a LONG time ago when I was a lot younger. Try easing back to 3 days a week for a start.

the best way to get a coach is to start a LOG journal in a NEW thread, where you share your situation now, your LOG diet training life and more and we guide a cycle from there

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

it would be great to see you post up a log so we can see your day-to-day life
