long time lurker first time poster.
I am thinking on running my first cycle soon, and would love to have a coach kinda guide me through it.
My fears are I'd take something, not be sure what to do if anything went wrong, and having a coach to guide me through what to do and to be able to support me if anything did go wrong would be great.
Im about 28 years old, working manual labour, training 4 days a week atm, and my body is just absolutely exhausted all the time.
I eat really well, I get 8 hours + sleep every night, I stretch, I do yoga, I have great natty t levels (600-700ish).
I just wanna feel amazing, make great gains, and yeah pretty much that's it.
Anyone know of any good coaches australia/melb based?
