FIRST Cycle EVER - Halodrol/Epistane - What have I done!? lol

OK, this is my first time ever messing with steroids (prohormones) and Im relatively new to bodybuilding/working out in general, but I’ve been reading this forum and a ton of other info that I’ve found online for the past two days straight!! I'm completely overloaded and I’ve decided that I need some information tailored to my personal situation!

Here we go... And, thanks in advance...:clap:

I'm 26, 6'1... about 9 months ago I was about 205lbs with lots of FAT, I've been working out very hard since then and I’m down to 185 mostly MUSCLE... I've been at a plateau for a little while now and I'm really trying hard to loose maybe like 4-5 lbs. that are still covering my abs, my buddy recommended this "sup" and I bought it and took it for a day without realizing, it was a prohormone... I freaked when I realized because of all the horror stories I read online when initially searching. But I've done more specific research and I've decided to embrace the prohormone for what it is and go balls to the wall, as hard as I can go for this month and see what kind of progress I can achieve. I'm actually quite excited now and I ask for ya’lls help...:ohmy:

I need some guidance and advice as to what I should and shouldn’t be taking during my cycle, and also for PCT as I do not have these things lined up yet. Please save your criticism as far as my preparedness, I UNDERSTAND I'M STUPID FOR NOT DOING MY HOMEWORK FIRST. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I'm on day three now and I’m actually excited so please help and don't bog this post down with negative crap!!...

The specific prohormone that I’m using I could not find any info about the brand at all, but when searching the chemicals inside I found out it is a Halodrol/Epistane mix @ 50/30 per day (25/15 per pill)... That’s good because according to what I’ve read so far these two have the least side effects, are great for beginners, and have dry gains, and can actually help with cutting, Right??...

My goal is to pack on an extra 4-5 pounds of muscle and hopefully get rid of the belly fat I gots left...

Specific Questions That I have:


1. What (if anything) is necessary for me to take during the cycle? (I am taking B Sups, Fish Oil, Multi-Vita, and Protein shakes 2-3x) also I’ve stopped all my other sups and fat burners that I was previously using…

2. The bottle says take two daily, I’ve been taking two @ 8 hours apart daily so far… And I’ll have enough for 4 weeks total, would it be beneficial for me to run this any longer? 5 weeks? Up the dosage on the 4th and 5th week possibly? As of right now I’m not sure…

3. If I’m trying to cut the belly fat and get my abs showing, while also bulking on the Halodrol/Epistane how many calories should I be eating? I typically eat about 2400… Should I up the Cals? Stay the same? Drop em?

4. Most importantly, PCT. I have nothing lined up yet but I’ve been doing my research… Sex is SUPER important to me :taz:(Well, Duh!) But, seriously. So I’de like to avoid/minimize any sexual side effects as much as possible… I’m going to get a SERM for experimentation with my pet lab rats (as long as I can get one as easily as everyone on this forum says I can) Which Serm would be best? I’ve read that Clomiphene for the first week with Tamoxifen all 4 weeks of PCT, does that sound right? Would this be overkill with the cycle I am on? Could there be negative effects from too much SERM? What else should I throw in the mix for Test and Cortisol control PCT??

1) You need to add a life support supplement to your cycle. Get an all in one such as C.E.L Cycle assist or Forged liver longer and N2Guard.

2) 6weeks would probably produce the most results with little to no sides. I wouldn't run the compount past 75/45 because 45 is a hefty dose of epistane and might produce sides.

3) Eating slightly above maintenance will make the cycle into a lean bulk. You'll gain a few pounds of muscle and lose fat :) Try doing Hiit cardio 3 times a week to prevent fat from accumulating.

4) Get one of the SERMs Nolva/Clomid/Torem. Two would be overkill. The negative effects that are associated with serms will occur if you take to much such as hot flashes, mood swings, weight loss, and lethargy. Also I would get HCGenerate and run it along with for pct or get:
Something to increase free test
Something to maximize natural test
Something to act as an aromatase inhibitor

These will help to keep libido up, you could also look into rs-transaderm

Which SERM would you recommend for my personal situation, 1st timer, with these particular two pro-hormones?? Less expensive? Easier to get?

And... Can you give examples of what I would need to increase free test, max natural test, and act as an aromatase inhibitor??

I like Torem myself. Nolva's been used by bodybuilders for a long time, so it's always a safe bet. As far as A.I.'s are concerned, Erase has been good to me in the past. There's a lot of different combinations of things, people's reactions and results vary. My current PCT looks like this:
Forma Stanzol (starting week 3 of my cycle)
Torem 120/90/60/30
Erase (starting week two of my PCT and running it past the Torem)
Continuing to take Milk thistle (took forged liver supp. before and during cycle)
I'm taking Sustain Alpha Topical too. It's always been solid for me and my boys, so if it ain't broke don't fix it.
And of course keeping with a solid diet and good training. PCT, to me, is just as important, if not more, than the cycle itself. It'll make or break the recovery of your body and whether or not you keeps your gains. Hope this helps.
 
For me Nolva as my choice SERM.

Also why stack Hella and Epi both are geared towards lean gains but are both methalyted. I would suggest Hella stacked with Katana would be a nicer stack in terms of compounds complimenting each other and easier on the liver.

I didn't have a choice, the PH I got (Vengeance by UG Pharma) is 50/30 hd/EP....

Do the SERMS take a long time to ship because of their research status? I need to get on that today... also I''m on day 4 now, and im already having some problems... I can't sleep. I couldn't get to bed till 4AM last night, and woke up @ 11.... this has been the trend since day one, but I was attributing it placebo, or to myself being all hyped up at first, but this is starting to be a real problem... Has anyone else experienced loss of sleep from a similar cycle?

So far as reasearch chemicals are concerned, there are a lot of places out there that have things available for your rats. everyone will tell you research is the key. you have read about the different types of SERMS, there's only a few major players (Nolva, Clomid and Torem).
 
Ok. How are you. Thanks for coming to N2BM and thank you for joining. My first question would be how long have you been working out. I know you said the past 9 months, but is that the extent of it, or was there a short break or something in between and you have been working out for a few years etc. Just trying to get some basic info. With that, if you have only been training for 9 months, I would have told you to wait way much longer before trying the PH/Legal designer route, a few years at least. That being said, you are alreay taking these supps so the above is kinda mute. Normally I would not provide info to someone that just started 9 months ago (if that is the case I can be wrong). Anyway, ok, so you have been on this designer for four days and you are having trouble sleeping. Yes, that does occur, it has happened to me several times. It even happened to me when I was using Anebeta (natty supp). Anyway, just go buy some Melatonin at the vitamin store. Its very cheap. Just pop one or two caps a night and it should help you sleep fine. Also you can look into a product we carry in the store here called "N2Sleep" which contains Melatonin. Good product, its what I have.

As far as the cycle, I always run Helladrol (Halo) and Epistane solo both for 6 weeks. If yiu can tun it six weeks then fine, but you said you onkly have one bottle that will last four weeks. Yes, four weeks is fine, esp if this is your first cycle. Again, to be clear, I would have chosen just one of those if this was my first cycle, not both. Anyway, I always run a tets booster of some sort on cycle to help with Libido, sec drive, lethargy, etc, and for me, its always been HcGenerate or Dermacrine/Transaderm. What I do now is run Transderm on cycle (same time as PH) at 5 pumps a day and then I use HcGenerate as part of my PCT at 5 caps a day split 3/2. On cycle make sure you are taking something to help combat sides, ie, blodd pressure, cholesterol, etc. I use N2Guard now, but ion the past I was using CEL Cycle Assist.

My PCT always consists of

1)HcGeneate
2) FormaStanzol
3) Unleased/Post Cycle
4) Creatine
5) Will consist of DAA and Anebeta from now on as well.

As far the PH helping you cut up etc. Alot of it will have to do with your nutrition and cardio. I have used these PHs both ways, it, for bulking and cutting. I have had great results both ways. If I am bulkiing, I do less cardio and eat a high calorie diet, and if I am cutting, I do the opposite.

I have taken Epi with Hella stack, two different times. Kept it short, but it was very fast. Very fast gains in size and strength. I felt good, no lethargy. It was short, is the only down side. I ran it 4 weeks the first time with Liver support, a strong PCT. The second time I was more brave and went 6 weeks. Both times the results were FAST. I would do it again, but like written above, I would rather use Katandrol with Helladrol cycle if I had my preference.

Thanks for the welcome! Ok... I've been working out off and on since I was 19 (i'm 26 now) but always stopping, and eating very poorly, this last time I was in horrible shape before I started working out again so I was basically counting it as a fresh start (I was 205 6'1 pretty much all fat) Now I'm 185 Muscle... best shape i've ever been in... I've never been a workout freak or anything untill now, and I like it.... So... you would reccomend running HcGenerate while ON CYCLE? and continuing it in PTC? Or seising at PCT for a SERM + what? I'm a little confused as to exactly what I'm going to run for PCT... I know i'm going to try and order some Nolvadex for my lab rats... but what else to run with it? I have some cycle assist on the way to deal with my liver and other functions... Like I said i'm already taking lots of vitamins and fish oil...

It's Day 5 now, and I feel good... feeling good @ the gym but no real noticable difference yet, might be able to lift a little more... maybe not... I GO really hard everytime I train anyways... but I did notice that I am looking a little bigger in general , fattter even and that's not what I want at all... I am also eating more, and i'm going to do my best to cut that down so I can attain my goals... I will keep yall posted, and get an acurate weight in a couple days for the week point to see where i'm at.... also whats the consensus... buy some more and run this for 5 weeks instead of 4? 50/30 50/30 50/30 75/45 75/45?? or would that be too much for my newb ass? Right now i'm looking at 50/30 50/30 50/30 50/30...

the loss of sleep i've delt with with some nyquil and 5-htp ... got a full nights sleep last night... Ill be back for more posts and maybe some pics... keeep the adivice flowing as I have NO PCT setup yet! need help w that for sure!
 
BURP....

... Ok... well I ordered my Tamox, and some other goodies including liquid creatine (I've actually never used creatine before...) Should be here soon... I'm on day 7 now, I don't notice much of a difference at all maybe a liiittle more strength, but I DO weigh about 3 pounds heavier, and this alarmed me! I'm not necessarily trying to gain a bunch of weight unless its pretty much ALL muscle. And the extra weight looks like just mass in general, or maybe even fat...Ive been eating a lot more since I started the cycle... I'm really trying to get my abs showing and loose a small amount of fat around my midsection that i've never been able to fully tame before.

I'm going to incorporate more cardio, and try to eat less calories... My appetite has been much larger since I started, and i've been pooping out seemingly MUCH less too (Is this common)???

Also, what would people recommend buying another bottle of the PH, and running it 5 weeks instead of 4... I was thinking 75/45 on week 4 and 5, followed by PCT?? How much worse would this make any sexual side effects?? (which I haven't experienced yet) and How much harder would this make PCT?

Another question, i;ve been eating light on carbs for a very long time now (years)... Are carbs my enemy? could I incorporate more carbs for less ft? Would this help w belly fat or make it worse?
