First cycle Game plan, Thoughts ?

Alright looking for some help to see if I’ve got a good plan
Currently 19, yes young but im not a idiot i think, 95kg or 210 pounds ish 6’4 and been training hard for almost 4 years
Diets been on point the last year with cheat meal once a week and rn around 15% bodyfat. Im looking to go on a cut in a month and slowly get down to 10-12% bodyfat before starting my first cycle. Looking to Run 300mg Test E for 16 weeks and add 20mg Anavar the last 4 weeks and take aromasin half a mg if i get gyno per week, thats just me thinking 1mg is to much for 300mg test but idk how my estrogen will respond yet.

Is anavar at the end is a good choice or just stick with test

I also take multivitamins and fish oils and few others like magnesium zinc boitin d3 k2. Im also taking 60mg of accutane for the next few months i got left would going on cycle while taking that effect anything

Liver results from taking 40mg per day attached

I hope I've been in depth enough to get some solid advice.

I don't think anyone is gonna touch this man. At 19 you are nowhere near your natural potential and you def don't need gear to build muscle. What does your diet and training look like? Can you post a faceless pic? Only help your gonna get here is diet/training. Why would you wanna mess with your hormones at such a young age? Your body/brain isn't even close to developed yet.
Keep training hard and post a log so we can help you achieve your goals without fucking yourself up.

100g frozen fruit
25g nut butter

250g uncooked 90/10 beef 185g cooked

Training for 2.5 years was powerbuilding and the other 1.5 has been more bodybuilding style rn doing RP hypertrophy app training seeing how it goes
5 days a week Push pull legs rest upper lower rest, before this it was 6 days a week everything 2x a week and all sets taken true failure

Diet looks pretty solid. Honestly by looking at your pics i wouldn't bother cutting. I would just increase the foods you are eating and go into a bulk. You look to be in a good place body composition wise. I wish i looked as good as you at 19.
At this point you don't need drugs. Guarantee you will grow if you start eating. Do yourself a favor and give that a try. You really don't want to mess with your body at this stage in life. Taking drugs or not, building muscle is a long game. Save the gear for when it will be beneficial to you and not detrimental.
On another note, how do you like the RP app? I was thinking of trying it but $300/year seems a little steep to me.

I understand where you’re coming from and cheers for caring about my health, honestly i just look at natty bodybuilders and think yeah they look good but in my mind im looking for a bit more, not open style even if genetically i couldnt get that big, but like many of us working out is the best part of my day and i just wanna see a crazy man in the mirror

Yeah i got too 101.2kg and cut down to 92.4 now slowly bulking again, been in a surplus almost my whole lifting journey and just wanting to take it to next level, thanks for the words btw. The app is nice im only one week in so not much time on it but yeah its nice and plans out next weeks weights making sure progressive overload and all that, its still in beta so would only recommend paying for a month and see how you like it, they offer refund first 30 days if you hate it
 
noone and i mean noone, with even a functioning brain cell available would ever advise steroid use to a teenager.. that honestly would be criminal to do ...
 
think you have aromasin mixed up with arimedex bro. you need 6.25mg of aromasin eod for an ai. at 300mg test you shouldnt need an AI though

I love the RP hypertrophy app. It takes some getting used to as far as self reporting etc, but it’s very easy to use. I find I need to add a set in later weeks as it is pretty conservative with adding volume. It isn’t mind blowing, and it doesn’t tell you what to do the same way some apps do, but for structuring programs and giving you good progression, I think it is great.

Bro your dose low enough dont use any AI when you start this cycle. odds are you wont even need one at all. If you do start at 6.25mg eod of aromasin bro.... Dont want to run an AI unless you need it. They can alter gains

@Macko_shmacko ok so the honest answer is at 19 you should NOT use steroids but seems you're going to take steroids NO MATTER what we tell you right? well alright, lets start talking openly then.

I personally did steroids at 21 I think so I did them young too. So i wont be a hypocrite here but i want to help you do better than I did with all the bitch tits etc.

If you want our help, we can help you big time but you need to show us dedication, thats fair right? so i see your meals above. but they aren't clear fully (like what size protein scoop etc) so lets see your LOG journal for at least 4 weeks, keep a log going diet training pre cycle for 4 weeks and if we can adjust your diet training for cycle you can hit it. Thats fair I think so start your log.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Dude, look at a picture of me or some of the other guys on here and then look at your picture. What do you see different? You are so raw and young that you haven't developed muscle memory or body memory yet. If you use steroids, now it's going to be a huge mistake and you'll fry your testicles for life.
 
i like how you guys are straightforward with saying to stay natty to all the younger blokes on here. Honstly just looking for straight answers if possible, like if i say 7hrs sleep or 8hrs will that depend how much i should take or just something that you giys could say i should get in check first before starting, just curious and have no beef with anyone in here by being against my decision. Just trying to get other opinions if 300 is good starting dose
