Hello all. I am so glad I came across this forum. I have been reading through the different posts in line with what I am trying to research. The community is awesome. Only place I have seen logs posted. I would love to share my log and get help along the way. It would be very hard to post photos every day with the amount I will be undertaking for the next 6 months. But I will keep things updated during the process with blood work, weight gain, strength, all personal effects, wellbeing, and progress photos.

Height: 5’10”

Weight: 175-180lbs

Training off and on and more serious last two years. I have been getting my son into it.

Cycle history was 1 20 years ago when I was 26. Deca and Sust 250. It worked amazing top weight around 195.

I plan to get blood work done here very soon. I already get annual blood work done but never ran blood tests for my testosterone. I already know I have no issues as my health is great. I just came off a detox not too long ago, cleaning my base before I go this route. Cleaning heavy metals and parasites. Been doing this for some time over the last decade, every couple years. My diet is pretty good. I eat no processed food, all about cooking my own. Plus, I’m a great cook, why pay for something I do better. I am also never sick and haven’t spoken to a quack since I was in the Marines 20+ years ago.

I know my test is lower than when I was 26. I still have a sex drive like then. I still wake up with wood every morning, I must rub one out and some days it’s multiple times a day. I do not watch porn at all or anything with it so that is not any cause to my sex drive. I have never decided or needed to test for it till now, I know it’s coming. Plus, I can run what my base is through this.

What all I will be examining: Complete Blood Count, White Blood Cell Differential, Complete Blood Count Relevant Markers, Blood Chemistry, Kidney Function, Serum Electrolytes, Liver Function, Urinalysis Panel, Hormones, Thyroid, Nutrient Deficiency

I have spent the last few months reading many posts on many forums. I have gotten varying different opinions from across the web. I have narrowed down what I think would be the best options and would love the feedback here. I have gear on hand and is why I am basing it around what I have. It will be over 6 months before I can get my hands on more. Worse case I must wait, just what I have on hand expires in 6 months and 7 months. Hate to just trash this.

So, I have on hand 3 vials of test prop 100mg/ml 10ml, 4 vials of primo 100mg/ml 10ml, Clomid 50mg 50 tabs, Novadex 10mg 50 tabs.

What I have planned is a 13-week cycle. Running Test prop EOD at 50mg/200mg week with the Primo twice a week M/Thur 150mg/300mg week. I have nova on hand but most likely won’t need it, I don’t think. PCT starts with clomid 14-21 days after my last shot. 50mg ED week 1-2 and 25 mg ED for weeks 3-6. Or should I run the clomid at 100mg ED weeks 1-2 and 50mg ED weeks 2-4? I plan to get my blood done in week 6 and then again 2 weeks after the last shot then six months later before my next round. With Primo and the longer ester should I expect 3 weeks to start PCT?

I have attached a couple screenshots of different variations for these on the mg release rate. Knowing primo runs lower, spacing out the Test Prop to EOD and Primo at every 3 ½ days seems to give a better rate. I was trying to read up on doing it once a week at 300mg, but I believe that will bring in more chances for sides. From what I have studied it seems safe running low dose. Is it worth it to run EOD? I am trying to take more care as this is my first cycle in 2 decades. When they land on the same days, I’ll just load them together. I was going to do the Prop at EOD to steer away from the pip, less chance for sides, and to keep the faster acting ester more stable. The more I have read it’s better to run the Prop EOD. I have no firsthand knowledge directly from someone and is why I am looking for a place to gain further knowledge.

Now for supplementation I take iodine during the winter months and was taking wormwood, clove, and black walnut extracts in a tenure. I won’t be taking any of that on the cycle but will be taking the n2guard. I just ordered 3 bottles.

Attached is my work out schedule. I honestly do need help in this. This is what I do every week and have been the same for many years. This is another place where I could get some information. What could I change up to better fit me. Is this why I’m at a plateau, same routine over and over? Also, I have a 14yo workout partner. What can I do for him that would be best?

Guess I can get into the reason why I want to go this route. I am at a plateau; my son has been climbing in strength over the last 2 years and in the next 4 he will pass me. He is my work out partner and I am his. Father/trainer, I am not looking to draw attention to getting to big too fast, why I wanted to approach a lower dose run with two compounds that seem to look like a good combination. The Prop will give a good start and carry through. Also needing that extra peep in my step.

I am about to start two major charity projects, going public with a company I am getting off the ground, and a child custody battle to all wrap up in the next 6 months. I have spent the last 5 years building and now to fruition. The lawsuit is solid and nothing stressful. It’s going to be a spectacle. Going for that "new me". It would be nice to have an extra solid 10lbs and soon get back to what I did have. Attached are pictures, one of me from 12 years ago and about 10 years after my first cycle, then one of now. In my recent photo I showed my hair to show I have thinned out hair on the top. This started a long time ago and I have not experienced anything in a decade. Would I see any possible issue for that with the cycle at those doses? I have contemplated doing a cycle but that is what scared me the most.

If these compounds would be a waste of my time, I’ll just approach this six months from now. Just hope plans will all fall in line with each other. If not, not the end of the world.

supplements At this very moment I am taking none. When I do start the cycle I will be taking the n2guard. Unless someone reccomends soemthing different that would be more benificial. Just from the reading I have done on that suppliment, it seems to be what I need. Plus with the juices, I should have all I need.

I am curious if the cycle I had laid out is even worth while. So far it is mixed across the board. Was told go for it would be fine and that was doing it MWF for both. Then I was told its 100% a bust, worthless it's to little of an amount. Then was told that I just need to add test e to it and make it perfect. Was also told that this will completely shut down my system if I ran it once a week, and if I was to do it, go EOD. I was told by a guy that if it was up to him for his first time he would go a completely different route, but this woulnd't be bad, just not his cup of tea. The first person I spoke with told me to run this in two different cycles. As you can see I am lost here.

I wasn't really detailed about myself in the posts so there's that. My goals, health, and what not. At least here I can lay it out for better information. Soon I'll have the blood work for my baseline.

It really boils down to yourself and what you're looking to do.

Steroids are just tools. Obviously, it's always better to wait but if you're ready to use them, then go for it.

Yes, definitely. Lay out more information about you as you go along it's much nicer to be able to get to know someone in a log.

So go without the Primo? Here is a picture of what I have on hand. I could just run the test prop at 300 for 10 weeks. This is what I was told to do, then Clomid for pct 4 days after last shot. That was a year ago. I wasn't gun ho just going off the guy's advise, so the last 3 months I have been trying to gather the most amount of info I can. I have played around with trying to figure out the best stability for the two and combine them for a better cycle.

I need some feed back if it is even worth it using both of these compounds together. Or what would be a better option.

1st and 2nd week, and it continues to switch back and forth for 13 weeks.
PCT, I was thinking Clomid 21 days after last shot. I have the Nolva on hand, but it doesn't seem like I would need it but could run that at the end as well. 50mg of Clomid ED for weeks 1-2 and 25 for weeks 3-6. That was one option I was told, but would like a second opinion. I had thought 100mg for week 1-2 and 50 for weeks 3-4 ED. I am lost at this point and need advice before I start.
