First cycle. Input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there everybody! Happy to be a new member of this comunity.
So here we go! Planning to run my first cycle, Planning to kickstart
with a very low dose dbol 10mg/day to kickstart the cycle. Cycle will
be very basic, 200-250 test enanthate for 10 weeks, and ad in
Anavar maybe halfway through. How does that look? And if so.
How long into the cycle would be appropriate to run dbol?
what would be good for pct? was thinking about clomid and hcg/ not shure
how much ,and is some liverprotection needed even though
its a low dose dbol? Or should I consider doing something else for first cycle
Input would be much appreciated?

You don’t give us anything to go off of.
How old are you and what are your stats?
What are your goals for this cycle?
Have you ever used any AAS prior?
What does your training and diet look like?
Typical first cycle would be test only. If you throw other stuff in and get sides you won’t know what is causing them.
As far as PCT, what you laid out is not correct. Study the “perfect pct” in the sticky section above. That is what you should be doing.
Best thing you can do is start a training and diet log so we can make sure your doing things properly and help make sure your cycle is successful.
 
Absolutely! Thanks. I`m from sweden. No have not used AAS prior. so my stats are.58 years. been lifting weights the last 25 years Length 180cm, weight 77kg around 12%bodyfat. for the moment I`m doing a push pull legs, 3 days straight, rest 1 day repeat. execises, reps sets vary.
been hovering around this weight for the last 13 years 77-80kg. yes this is my first ever cycle.goal is to put on some mass
around 4-5 kg and try to maintain. my diet is kinda IF eat my first meal at around 4 in the afternoon.That meal is often one of these.
Minced beef,Chicken,Minced chicken,fatty fish, white fish, whole eggs. Eggs i sometimes combine with the meat. Lots of veggies.sometimes fruit
or berries. When im cycling the carbs i prefer either white potatoe or sweet potatoe. That first meal is meat heavy, so arond 350-400
gr of the listed meat. Second meal. More meat, with a little more carbs which make my sleep better.. And the snack there after
before bed is maybe some cottage cheese, berries, maybe some sourdough bread, cheese. around 250gr cottage cheese, 200gr
berries,slice of bread maybe with cheese and berries. For the day the macros will be around 160-180gr Protein
80-150gr carbs and 70-100gram fats around 1800-2500kcal/day. since i`m cycling carbs and fat the calories will vary.

At 58 yo I don’t think I would start cycling gear.
Can you get your blood tested by a doctor to check your hormones? Is TRT an option in Sweden?
 
Yes! trt is available in sweden! the last test i did showed low testosterone, but was inside reference the doctor said. But there is a clinic here in sweden that are specialized in trt, so maybe best option to check with those guys, they are pretty expensive,but anyhow

I was reading your back and forth with @s.gentz and I understand the situation so lets talk.
You understand that we can help you with cycles right?
But to help you we need to learn more about you, not just 1 time but over at least 2-3 week maybe a month to really get a base on your life, so you need to share with us. HOW? its actually easy
Start a NEW thread with your current log journal, no matter what it is, diet training cardio sleep and we'll guide you from there into a cycle as the big EVO family.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

please get a log going and post your bloods so we can see

if your #'s are in the low range that is fine, you can still cycle steroids for a few years and hold off on trt as long as possible

Sweden is an awesome country, you guys are really good at hockey.
It's no problem. If you haven't used steroids before even if that's your age, you got to start at some time.
 
Get your log going as soon as possible.
This is going to be the only way you're going to be able to get the best advice from us.
 
Your diet doesn't seem that bad at all.
So that is good that it's on point. Now we have to set you up on a steroid cycle so tell us a little more about you and get your blood work posted.
 
Take a screenshot of your blood work or upload it.
It's very important to make sure that you have the right things tested before you start steroids.

that my favorite steroid lol. but a lot of peeps say newbies shouldn't use cause they poosies
 
i would say your diet looks very good !
from here i would recommend you put a log up and organize everything sort of like a file so we can get you setup on the perfect cycle.
