Introduction
Hello, everyone! I'm excited to share my journey as I begin my first steroid cycle. My goal isn't to blow up in size but rather to gain as much quality muscle as I can on-cycle and to keep as much of it as possible post-cycle. I also want to lower my body fat percentage, essentially going for a recomp. Here's a bit more about me:
Fitness
My current fitness level is decent, and I’ve been consistent with my workouts for just over a year now. I primarily focus on calisthenics because my goal is to progress in both strength and flexibility to eventually perform advanced gymnastics movements such as muscle-ups, handstand pushups, and planches.
Weekly Workout Routine:
Strength 1:
Strength 2:
Flexibility 1:
Flexibility 2:
I start a new workout plan roughly every 2 months, and I will starting a new workout plan around the same time as my cycle.
I don’t track calories or macros too closely. Instead, I focus on hitting my protein goal of 200g per day.
I acknowledge that this diet may be unconventional, but I feel great eating it, and I am happy with the results. I've attached pictures of meals I like it eat.
Cycle Plan:
I'd appreciate guidance on cycle length and dosing of the cycle. Assuming I tolerate the Test/Primo well, I’m keen on running the cycle for the full 12 weeks to get the most out of the Primo.
What are your thoughts about starting the cycle at 400/600 Test/Primo? I realize that a gram of gear might be a lot for someone who has never cycled before, so I am open to starting lower and using the first few weeks to dial in the right dosage and ratio.
PCT
I plan to follow the PCT schedule outlined in this post: The Perfect PCT Simplified! (stickied at the top of the forum).
Great post, @wolfpackalpha. This answered pretty much all I wanted to know about PCT — Thank you!
Bloodwork
I've had my pre-cycle bloodwork drawn to establish a baseline for the following, based on the AAS/PED Male Panel from Ulta Lab Tests:
I'm waiting on the lab test results and will share them with you here when the results are in.
My doc didn't think I needed the GGT test which measures liver function. In hindsight, it would have been nice to have had ordered it too, but I don't think liver toxcicity will be an issue because I'm not taking any orals and the Accutane dose is low.
I'll have these tests done again in about 8 weeks, roughly 6 weeks into the cycle. And again after completing PCT.
Final Thoughts
First and foremost, I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone in this community. Without your shared knowledge and experience, I wouldn't be at this point, considering my first cycle. You've been my inspiration and guide.
I'm aiming to start my cycle in about two weeks, around September 8. In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you. As someone new to the steroid world, your insights and feedback are invaluable to me.
Thank you again for your support!

Diet
I follow a low-carb diet where 90% of my food comes from meat, primarily red meat. I eat nose-to-tail, so I get plenty of nutritious offal in my diet. The remaining 10% consists of dairy and fruit, mostly berries. I use honey sparingly as a sweetener and avoid processed foods and refined sugars. All of the meat is high-quality and sourced from a local butcher shop.I don’t track calories or macros too closely. Instead, I focus on hitting my protein goal of 200g per day.
I acknowledge that this diet may be unconventional, but I feel great eating it, and I am happy with the results. I've attached pictures of meals I like it eat.

I’m currently taking the following:- 1 pea-size drop: Shilajit
- 8 tablets: Multivitamin: Ultra Preventive EZ Swallow (see the ingredients tab in the web page)
- 3 capsules: Pure Encapsulations Fish Oil EPA/DHA essientials
- 1 capsule: Probiotic: Therbiotic Complete
- 4 capsules: Testogain (see the ingredients tab in the web page)
- 3 capsules: Saw Palmetto and Pygeum
- 1 capsule: Zinc Picolinate (15mg)
Proposed Cycle
All of the gear, peptides, and anciliaries are from Ultima, so I'm confident in the quality.Cycle Plan:
- Length: 10-12 weeks
- Testosterone Enanthate: 400mg per week split between two injections
- Primobolan: 600mg per week split between two injections
- HGH: 4-6IU daily, split between morning and evening
- Aromasin: 12.5mg Every other day (EOD), with estrogen levels to be measured 2-3 weeks in and adjustments made as necessary
- HCG: 800IU per week split between two injections
- Accutane: 10mg daily
I'd appreciate guidance on cycle length and dosing of the cycle. Assuming I tolerate the Test/Primo well, I’m keen on running the cycle for the full 12 weeks to get the most out of the Primo.
