Approved Log First Cycle Log - Testosterone Only

Hey Everyone,

Finally getting around to starting my new cycle log for all of you. Details are as follows:

Test C Only - Para Pharma 250mg/ml
Pinning 125mg EOD (started with 250mg 2x per week but just switched to EOD to try to alleviate some acne and water retention symptoms).
Diet and nutrition are on point as you guys expect of me
Training 4-5 days per week currently

I will start with pictures and logs of all my food tomorrow. You guys know how I like to do this so there will be a photo dump each day with a bunch of details. I will also weigh in and take pictures for you in the morning as well so you all have a starting point for this. My cycle started at the beginning of March so I am already behind by a month but having some water retention issues I need help with. Ankles are pretty swollen and uncomfortable by the end of the day and my face is pretty full. My wife suggested dandelion but wanted to check with you guys first.

Let's go on this journey together.

I have Aromasin on order with UG Freak so hoping it comes next week. Also looking to order N2 Guard tonight so will start that asap as well.

@steadfastsavage I was subbed to your prep log! its good prep, you did things right with a prep log into a full cycle Log.

Waiting on your updates with pics, food, training and updates. This will be the big log!

Ankles swelling, I suggest you start n2guard asap 7caps ed, add some potassium (think avocado or just powder potassium) 1 gram per day, increase water intake and decrease sodium, combo it out.

Any other compounds you guys suggest to maximize gains even though it’s my first cycle and I SAID it was test only? I hate paying more for shipping if I can just order more together. 😔🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m heading to the gym in about 45 minutes and will post my training after that for you.

Forgot to post about my diet and nutrition goals:

Macro and calorie goals each day are 250g carb, 350g protein, and 80g fat giving me a total daily calorie goal of about 3120. I have been running at 350/350/80 for awhile and feel like I don’t need as many carbs or calories overall. If anyone has any suggestions here, I’m always open to feedback.

When I was at the bottom of my cut at the end of January, I was 158. I weighed in yesterday at 189.4. I’m gaining much faster than I imagined I would but started TRT at the beginning of February and then started my cycle in the beginning of March so I’m packing on clean weight seemingly. I’m heavier than I’ve ever been but don’t feel fat (except in my swollen face and ankles). Anything else besides the AI and N2guard to help with moon face, swollen ankles, and back acne sides? Was the switch to eod for pinning a good move?

maybe do some deadlifts also but go light
I’ve been training a friend with a bad back on leg day so I’ve stayed away from deadlifts. I’ll add them to my other leg day each week.
