Looking bro, stay the course...Did chest today, tried bit different n rested bit longer between sets n jus goin slower n trying to squeeze way harder got a bigger pump than normal, I did everything in sort of opposite order.I have jus been eating normal but am literally getting heavier everytime I get on scales. I dno if my body's holding more water, stomach is sorta looking bit softer. But I'm happy with how things r tracking
