Did it bit different today, because I'm flying out from work tomorrow I probably won't get to gym. If I do it will be late tomorrow n I'll jus do cardio or legs.

So I just sorta did shoulders n biceps all supersets

Did chest today, tried bit different n rested bit longer between sets n jus goin slower n trying to squeeze way harder got a bigger pump than normal, I did everything in sort of opposite order.I have jus been eating normal but am literally getting heavier everytime I get on scales. I dno if my body's holding more water, stomach is sorta looking bit softer. But I'm happy with how things r tracking
