Jus finished shoulder workout
This is first time I've actually recorded what I do, I'm probably guna cop bit of shit but it's all good
I basically do every set until fail, don't really do dropsets or supersets.

Everything is honest, numbers were a bit all over the place sorta

But yea this is wat I did

1st set I'm not sure wat it's called but grab cable at shoulder height infront of opposite shoulder n extend it out to other side if that makes sense (sort of like Ur backhanding someone)
6kg 20 reps, 14, 12

Seated Smith machine shoulder press 40kg
X10, x11, x9

Rear delt fly machine 32kg x20
39kg x15, x11

Curlbar upright row
30kg
X14, x14, x11

Standing barbell shoulder press 40kg
X7, x6, x5

Seated dumbbell side raises (i suck at these) 7kg
X15, x13, x8


Seated dumbbell shoulder press 15kg each hand
X8, x9, x8
12.5 kg x 4

Then walked on treadmill incline for half hour.

I'm pretty shit at taking photos, never really have done it.
