I got Ill on Wednesday, couldn't get out of bed til Friday, then had kids Friday until now. I've missed out on gym since. Which sux. But will get back in tonight and put up workout

I knew uz wud be. I've missed yas. I'll make it up with a few double days or push n pulls n cardio in same day.
dont go too hard when you back, go slow :)
 
Apologies for disappearing for a bit, I got sick with gastro or stomach bug thing n missed few days, then had kids for few days.

It sux cos I had some good momentum going.

I was weighing 94kg last time I weighed n was surprised today I still weighed the same even tho I hardly could get food or water down.

Did like a push day, shoulders n chest, 40 mins cardio

Definitely lost a bit of strength maybe from not getting enough carbs in or something

Still don't really have appetite back but will try get something down n photos. Just trying to get water n powered into me mostly, very dehydrated.

Still struggling at getting decent photos with whole lighting thing. Definitely a bit softer than last photos, I was feeling really good and lean other day

volume is perfect and some days off sometimes help
 
Hey man sometimes life gets in the way it's good that you are able to get through your issues always keep some activated charcoal in case you run into stomach issues

split routines are a good strategy keep it up
 
next time you have a stomach problem like that takes some activated charcoal it really helps
