Hey so decided id put a log up of how im going with the first cycle. Started at the start of this year on 250mg Test E from Ugloz.
Starting weight was 82kg and now morning weight is 95.4kg. Im pinning M,W,F. Was doing eod but decided its easier this way and can get away with it as im not seeing sides from hormonal fluctuations.
My Meal plan is 3800cal 220p 520c 60f
This is a estimate i cant be fucked adding it all to fitness pal but i eat same thing every day, but yeah its around those macros.

Meal 1
4 eggs with low sugar sauce
100g oats with 100g frozen berries
1 cup orange juice

Meal 2
200g cooked white rice
200g uncooked chicken breast= 130g cooked for me
80g broccoli

Meal 3
Same as meal 2

Meal 4 Pre workout meal
150g rice bubbles
300ml oat milk

Meal 5
200g white rice
200g uncooked chicken breast
100g Mix vegetable

Meal 6
100g oats with 100g frozen berries

These are also the supplements im taking rn
AM
Fish oil 3g
B 100 complex 1 tab
Vitamin E 500IU
Men’s multivitamin 2 tabs
1g vitamin C
20mg telmisartan
12.5mg Aromasin day after every pin(started this past two weeks), bloods getting done in another 3 weeks done last one bout 2 weeks ago.

Really liking how im feeling lately heres some updates on the good old physique. Im going for 100kg lean by end of year, just a lil goal i hope to hit and i think i got it. I’ll get some training logs going in the future as its going super well and locked everything down progressively overloading pretty much every set of every session.

@Macko_shmacko welcome to the EVO family fully, we are all excited with this log.

You look very good in your base pictures. Wide back, very strong muscle base and super thick. Big arms, you have an amazing body for sure, great start :)

some updates for us to make this log work and going please

diet training
diet, general diet is fine, but seems you are low on omega 3 fats and fiber, and proteins go up, you dont need to fitness pal it but a good share would help
training, please share your training as you go, exercises reps sets and weights
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Happy sunday morning first meal gone down ill add a pic of that, LEG DAY today bit more hamstring focused, been doing dumbbell RDL past like 6-7 weeks and today i would be doing 80kg i did 75 for 8 last time but after 80 there the heaviest my gym got so gonna be switching up with barbell stiff legs and so excited for that.
Also about diet i got a ss down below of macros. How much fiber is too much? My toilet time is great and digestion is too, ive had my fiber up to 60g a day but noticed id get more gassy and digestion went to shit.

Alrighty Leg day complete week 6
I know ill hear something about oh too low volume, over the past months ive been influenced by Paul Carter and tried lowering my volume
Currently doing 6 sets of hamstring,quad,chest,bicep,tricep and abs
4 sets of side delt, rear delt and adductor
2 sets of front delt
8 sets of back and calfs
This is all every 8 days and will possibly change as i monitor Progressive overload.

Anywho the exercises for today
1 seated hamstring curl 2 sets
2 SLDL 1 set
3 Hip Press 2 sets
Single leg extension 1 set
Adductor machine 2 sets
All weights in ss below. Every set taken to task failure and any with a half rep where complete failure

Awesome update. You have a great physique as it is and I definitely can see you hitting that goal by end of year
 
some people argue about volume
I think it depends on what you're aiming for
 
A lot of people think that smart training is lazy
those are the same people end up injured
 
that's good man we like to see different ideas for logs
that's what it's all about
