a lot of people do heavy volume
 
bro i'm all in on volume
but that's me doesn't make it right or wrong but it works for me
Yeah thats nice, ive given it a fair go multiple times but just aint for me, especially quads like if i do more than 5 sets a session they just shrivel up and get weak. It does suck cuz i like that kinda training just seems more hardcore doing a shit ton of volume to failure
 
I am a big advocate of lower volume. Longevity will thank you for it. Quality over quantity.

@Macko_shmacko volume is good, you will grow with more volume and lean out, not to failure but more like 15-20 reps level
 
Hey so decided id put a log up of how im going with the first cycle. Started at the start of this year on 250mg Test E from Ugloz.
Starting weight was 82kg and now morning weight is 95.4kg. Im pinning M,W,F. Was doing eod but decided its easier this way and can get away with it as im not seeing sides from hormonal fluctuations.
My Meal plan is 3800cal 220p 520c 60f
This is a estimate i cant be fucked adding it all to fitness pal but i eat same thing every day, but yeah its around those macros.

Meal 1
4 eggs with low sugar sauce
100g oats with 100g frozen berries
1 cup orange juice

Meal 2
200g cooked white rice
200g uncooked chicken breast= 130g cooked for me
80g broccoli

Meal 3
Same as meal 2

Meal 4 Pre workout meal
150g rice bubbles
300ml oat milk

Meal 5
200g white rice
200g uncooked chicken breast
100g Mix vegetable

Meal 6
100g oats with 100g frozen berries

These are also the supplements im taking rn
AM
Fish oil 3g
B 100 complex 1 tab
Vitamin E 500IU
Men’s multivitamin 2 tabs
1g vitamin C
20mg telmisartan
12.5mg Aromasin day after every pin(started this past two weeks), bloods getting done in another 3 weeks done last one bout 2 weeks ago.

Really liking how im feeling lately heres some updates on the good old physique. Im going for 100kg lean by end of year, just a lil goal i hope to hit and i think i got it. I’ll get some training logs going in the future as its going super well and locked everything down progressively overloading pretty much every set of every session.

Very solid physique for the start of the log bro, will be following along and can’t wait to see wait you achieve!

5th meal going down chicken with rice and veggies you know the deal.
Morning weight update 95.7kg
Been annoying training upper body this week as i was a fool and arm wrestled someone and felt a lil something in the elbow, safe to say im never doing that again. Not too bad should be good by next week i hope.
Anyway I got my second leg workout done tonight.
1. Seated hamstring curls 3 sets
2. Hack squat 2 sets
3. Single leg extension 1 set
4. Adductor machine
Decided to throw back on the sleeves and squat shoes today cuz my calfs been feeling like there gonna rip apart in the hole of my squats, also mucking around with foot position and felt better today.
Half the time i can use gym pin on adductor machine cuz the owner aint there and he disapproves but today was gone so thats why weight was so much heavier this week

there is something about mixing in protein meals with some rice that really makes it taste good I like it

Ive got weights in the ss but will just start writing it all down in the post, make it easier to read. And nah same diet as i first posted, ill give it another week see how the scale and look is moving.

Would you say i should be? Im gaining slowly and feel anymore would just add more fat then id like. What would your advice be

2nd - 100x7

2 sets incline converging chest press
1st- 60 a side x 8
2nd - 60x6

1 set flat pin loaded chest press
1st - 110x6

3 sets seated calf press
1st - 60x8
2nd - 60x6
3rd - 50x7.5

Elbow feels almost 100% today

Added a set to each time i hit calfs, stubborn cunts

Blood test tomorrow morning, was gonna go next Saturday but have my learner course for motorcycle license that weekend.
