First Cycle - Looking for advice

👋 I’m looking at starting my first cycle, I’m 28, have been on TRT for about a year at 120mg/week test C and have felt better than ever.

My goal is to put on a bit of size and strength in a short time during this planned 12 week cycle.

I have a few questions:

1) Will simply upping my dose to 300-500mg/week do it for me? (split between 2 injections per week) I’d prefer to avoid diving straight into any more than test C as of now. Any dosage recommendations?

2) Currently on just a TRT dose I don’t need any AI as my estrogen levels are fine, I’d assume I’ll need an AI if I’m going to move up to 300-500mg/week?

3) I’d assume I need no PCT as I’m already on TRT, correct?

4) if I go on a cycle for 12 weeks is it common to see any side effects when just dropping back to my TRT dose?

5) should I increase calories on this cycle or stay at my typical maintenance?

6) any other advice you can give if you had to do your first cycle over?

Are you on prescribed TRT? If so the most important thing to consider is how often they make you get bloods. If it's only been a year chances are your going every 3 months and running a decent cycle would be difficult.
1-300-500 is fine but you need to realize food and training make you grow. Not more drugs. You also give us 0 info about yourself to go off of.
2-You should def at the very least have an AI on hand
3-No PCT
4-Prob not. You may get some acne from the hormone changes but that's prob the worst thing that will happen.
5-Take a wild guess. If you want to grow you need to eat.

Before we address your questions, I want to tell you straight up, if you want real answers, we need to know more about you.
I mean, we can give you generic answers "damn bro jack that dose up and blast" but you want the real answers right? :p

its easy, we need 15-20min of your time so you can start a NEW thread with your LOG journal, TRT log, add your diet, training, cardio, sleep history states and more about you and we can guide you into a first full cycle as a big family

HOW TO START A LOG:

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

#1 advice is to log it. post up pics. meals, training.

#2 advice is have a plan but don't be afraid to change things if needed when it comes to cycling steroids
 
I think you should cycle calories to be honest

you'll have an increased appetite on a cycle like this so eat healthy.
 
Make sure you get this log going as soon as possible.
It would really help for us to know more about you.

Doing a log will be the best thing you can do.
You are definitely in The Sweet Spot when it comes to age, but we need to know more about you.

first cycle my advice is take your time.
don't try and build Rome in 1 shot!
 
My advice is get your log Journal going..
What will determine your success is not the steroids but actually your training. And your diet.

Hey brother welcome to Evo,

You will find loads of support from the boys in terms of logging and advice. Get some of your info up so we can see what’s going on to help you out.

However I can give you pointers.

1. Simply change your calories before bumping up T, work in a fashion where you increase cals, then dose. TRT will help with metabolism and overall partitioning with food so this will go a long way. Once you got your eating plan and training down, increase the dosages slowly. To a build up of where’s it tolerable. That may be 300mg or even 500mg, important to get blood work here so you can guage what’s happening.

2.the great debate here at EVO. I’m going to say if your using just Test, then AI will be good to have with you for sure. ONLY if you need it … go by symptoms of how you’re feeling, blood work and speaking to us so we give you correct information on how to progress forward.

3. NO PCT is needed.

4. When going back down to TRT, you may experience more so of a calming experience, things slow down a little more then anything. Blood work wise you should improve, or even stay where it is. E2 may increase on TRT due to pulling the AI. Small rebound can happen here, always to best taper off the AI if you need to use it

5. Increase cals by 5% and see how you go first. Leverage this before anything, you can also increase other modalities to reach your goals. Cardio, weights, gear.

6.advice is to be patient, this is a marathon and not a sprint. Getting to the destination too fast won’t make things better long term, nor will the process be kind on your body.
