38 year old male in the USA
158 lbs after my recent cut
5'10
~8% bf (not measured, just what people have told me visually)
Only been training about a year. Typically train 6 days a week based on body part split right now. Open to ideas on best training now that I am trying to gain mass.
Diet
2585 cal
300g Carbs
200g Protein
65g Fat
Focus as much as I can on whole foods. Would love suggestions to make meal planning easy as I have 6 kids and our house gets crazy. The easier I can make this while staying as lean and healthy as possible, the better. I'm all ears!
Banana or protein bar before gym at 4:30am
Usually organic oats or oat bran with a scoop of whey isolate for breakfast post workout. Maybe throw in an apple with cinnamon depending on how I feel.
protein snack midmorning of some beef jerkey
lunch is usually a high fiber pasta or sweet potatoes with a lean protein like grilled chicken, canned chicken or organic turkey breast.
Depending on the day, maybe a protein bar or shake in the afternoon.
dinner is usually lighter on carbs with more lean protein. Maybe a 93/7 ground turkey, chicken breast, or seafood with veggies and some avocado oil, mct oil or grassfed butter for fats.
I just finished my cut about a week ago (lost 30lbs) so these calories are already new for me. I was only eating about 1500 calories during the cut. Not sure how much or how fast I should increase over 2500 now as I think I still need more while trying to get big.

CYCLE HELP
I was just prescribed TRT of 200mg test cyp weekly due to low total T of 259 and free T of 44. They told me to pin 2x per week at 100mg Monday and Thursday. This is my first and only time venturing into the world of steroid use but I'm currently still in information overload mode and trying to figure out how to put on MASS that holds after the 4 months of cut I was on. I have read a lot and know you guys may just say to do test only to start but I'm looking to bulk as quickly and safely as possible while keeping as much of the gains as I can (probably the same thing most guys are chasing). I will never be competing. Wondering if I should actually use the TRT dose to get started or order more to up the dose for a certain length of time before dropping back down to the normal trt dose.
I have a friend that suggested Primo at 300mg along with 50mg Anavar to just go with my standard TRT dose but this seems extremely minor for quite a bit of money. I was looking at 50mg Anadrol along with some Nolva as estrogen blocker and AI as needed. Also got a TUDCA (1000mg) and NAC(200mg) supplement for liver support. Open to an and all suggestions for the cycle and timing. Don't want to rush this but really want to dive in and commit.
I have not really explored PCT as it doesnt look like ill be coming off TRT and not 100% on what cycle I'll be doing. Looking for experts to help guide me.
