Approved Log First Cycle Plan and Log

Yesterday’s food log and photos since you guys like them so much. 🙌🏻👍🏻💪🏻
I’m going to have to find time to train later today. I couldn’t get up this morning as I was getting things in order for me to be away.

I’m going to a men’s retreat with my church. It’s only about 30 minutes from where I live but will likely be very snowy as it’s close to Tahoe and the elevation increases a lot between my home and where I’m going. It will be fun but the weather is crazy in California right now.

the retreat you're going to, I want to see pics :) and make sure you train there, push ups etc
 
Food log and pictures from today. Did my best. Went over on fats but overall calories still very close to my 3500 goal.

Going to be pinning tomorrow. Any feedback on if I need to titrate up or just go straight up to a full 250mg?

Food log and photos from yesterday. No breakfast photo as all I did was a shake. Shame on me… I know. Had to leave the house fast and made it as substantial as I could in a hurry. 🤦🏻‍♂

I also failed by having 2 crappy protein bars yesterday. It was a rough day but I’m owning it and moving forward.

Question for you guys… I’m going away this weekend and meals won’t be prepared by me. What do you guys do in those situations? I’m willing to fast from Friday evening through when I get back on Sunday afternoon if that’s the best plan but would love your insight.

Breakfast log. Again… I’m at an event so not much option. I asked for the turkey sausage instead of the pork to keep the fats down a bit lower. Doing my best while I’m here. Only a few meals here so I’ll be okay.
