Pinned last night. Used new 3ml syringes called “Easy Touch”. They SUCK compared to the 1ml ones I was using that had no sealing rings inside. It was so hard to push that I needed my wife to help while it was in my arm as I couldn’t do it with one hand. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Any syringe recommendations? Thinking of just buying more of the 1ml ones since that’s all I’m pinning for now.

Included picture of the needle after my pin as there was blood in there and my delt was bleeding a bit too. Guessing I just knicked a little vein or something? Also switched to a 1/2” 27g needle for my delt injections. Will continue using 1” for glutes but felt like that was just too long for delts. Feedback appreciated as always.

Food logs and pictures from yesterday. Not super ideal food as I was super busy with work but kept it to macros. Lacking on veggies. I’ll get them in more today. The muffins were homemade and I ate 2 and added all macros in the “quick add” in snacks. They were amazing.

Any feedback on the blood in the needle? Freaked me out a little bit.
Probably hit a vein, I've done it a few times never had any bad outcomes from it just more sore than usual, I like to got the ventro glute less likely that will happen.
 
I need to go have a tattoo done to outline the right place for ventroglute. All the videos I’ve watched show someone else placing their hand on the persons hip to find the correct location but I can’t do that by myself. If only I could turn my hands upside down and backwards to make this work. 😂

@steadfastsavage how about just using a sharpie marker :) lol
