Hey fam. I’m going to start a new log today since I have not kept this one up in the last couple weeks. Training and diet have all been on point but I’ve been getting pretty bad swelling/water retention in my feet and legs. I know you recommended Aromasin EOD and that has been ordered but I’m taking .5mg anastrozole 2x per week (when I pin my test). Drinking a gallon of water a day and no added salt other than my electrolytes I always have. Please help me get rid of my swollen ankles!
