First cycle plan: Seeking feedback

Hello! First time poster, starting first cycle in the next few weeks. 44 years old, 15% BF, pretty good diet, been natty lifting for like 20 years. After a good bit of reading and research, here is my plan:

-Test Cyp 250mg E3.5D

-HCG 250IU EOD

-Aromasin to deal with symptoms of high E2 (as needed)

-PCT: 10mg Nolvadex ED for eight weeks (start running two weeks after last pin)

-Bloodwork before cycle, mid-cycle, and a few months post-PCT

I plan on doing a ~16 week cycle. My main concern is dealing with high E2 if and when it comes. Any critiques? Feedback or constructive criticism of this plan would be greatly appreciated.
 
wayy too long of a cycle, especially a first cycle

hcg is COMPLETLEY UNNECESSARY especially that length of time...

pct is completely and utterly inadequate and incomplete

the one thing you have right is the bloodwork timing




when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well… N2Guard plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle. You mentioned every element except bloodwork is incorrect. Is the amount of test incorrect? You mentioned the cycle is too long, how long would you suggest?

@johndozer welcome to the evolutoinary.org family. I dont disagree with your cycle at all and I think you can improve on it big time.

16 week cycle is NOT too long if you do it right and plan it correctly, example there are issues with your cycle like HCG shouldnt be used, it's estrogenic. But you do understand that just knowing that you're 44 does nothing for us right?
you want REAL help not us just generic guessing for you right?
Well if you want real help, you need to HELP us help you. Please START a NEW thread like you did here, but in the NEW thread you need to share your LOG Journal DIary of your Diet training cardio sleep supps and more so we can understand more about you and get your cycle guided from there.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

in pct you shouldn't just use a SERM, most people expereince nasty side effects from them
so stack in a strong t booster like hcgenerate
 
blueprints are always a good idea for starting a first cycle
but so is being flexible and changing things if needed

add hcgenerate to pct and drop the hcg bro
