First Cycle story

Bw= 176lbs
Height -5'7"
training experence= only 6 months But I have been a loading worker(wood, rock, bricks etc) since I was 16 years old. That’s harder than the gym.

Please try to understand my bad English👇

It is 4 months after my first cycle. This is my second cycle.
(Actually this is the third cycle . When I was 19 I injected a whole test prop vial (100mg/p ml 10 ml). I did not know anything at that time. Back then I thought that if I just injected a steroid and just sat there it would make muscle. 🤣I did not do any workouts. I injected it for 20 days. (100 mg eod for 20days )no AL, no alcohole swab...same needle for 3, 4 times...yes Stupidity at its peak. Not even 1lbs muscle could be made.but my testicles shrinked well.I used only hcg for pct...The testicles recover in a few weeks.i did pct 6months later when I found out about nolva and clomide.ok that was my first stupid cycle story

5 years later (At the age of 24) i did my first cycle again. During these five years I researched, read and studied a lot.
Test e 500 mg/w
Deca 300mg/w
For 12 weeks
It was a very perfect cycle. Didn't even experience deca dick. I gained 37 lbs. yes of course. It's not all muscles.
including fat and water. However 4 months later now i keeping 25 lbs.I did perfect pct and my test level is normal.Still people say you look big You have totally changed

Ok, I don't like wet gain.This time I want real dry gains. hope i can start a new cycle on August 15th
W 1-10=Sustanon375 mg/w
W-1-10 tren e-150mg/w
W-2 -10 dostinex .25 mg/w
Aromasin 12.5 mg twice/w
W13 -18 -pct
Want to increase tren or test? Chenge susta to test e?
Give me some advice guys
 
you are still way too young and inexperienced to get everything you can from tren. where will you go from here ? tren is something you use when you truly reached your peak

might want to reconsider using something more mild and being more patient. are you planning on competing or monetizing your physique? or are you just a guy who wants to be a gym rat

If you don't want wet gains, I would avoid sustanon it will give you went gains for sure.
Redo your cycle like this.

week 1-12
250mgs testosterone enanthate/week
300mgs trenbolone enanthate/week
0.25mgs dostinex/week (split into 1/2 doses 2x/week)
12.5mgs aromasin E3D

I like trenbolone and I like test enan but if you can swing it, add an oral like anavar 30mgs/day but make sure it's legit.

You will need organ support on this cycle, get n2guard it's a must 7 caps/day.

It's not. Else you wont need the gym. It's hard but also very different
 
You should take 300mgs of TEST ENAN and 300mgs of TRENBOLONE ENAN, both weekly plus n2guard for organ support
 
I don't mind the cycle if you are ready for tren. With only 2 cycles it can be pretty early in your journey to use a compound that harsh. Your English is great by the way!
 
Let's be clear on a few points.

You've been here long enough and 52 posts. There are a few posts asking about Deca (that'll be your research you mentioned above).

You added SOME muscle and, as you say, some fat and some water. Rather than take any more gear (aka your dry cycle) how about you do a little diet and a little cardio and lean up. In fact I'm surprised that the loading job you do hasn't been enough to burn off the fat. I did a job like that way back in the day. I ate like a fkin horse and had a 30-inch waist at 6'3. So I'm guessing you eat poorly.

Now all this, so far, is where I'd draw the line if you was a client. If you're not prepared to own up to your bad habits and then merely ask for advice on a cycle you're gonna continue down a bad road.

Start by eating cleanly and better.

Fix the idea of being a pro. More so if, at the age of 25, you want kids THEN wanna become a pro. It's that or get some sperm frozen now.

but yoga is stretching, every animal on earth and humans have always stretched. ever watch a baby when it wakes up from a nap stretch? or how about your dog or cat at home, they stretch A LOT instinctively. as a weight lifter you MUST STRETCH constantly. you MUST INCREASE MOBILITY constantly. if not you will not only harm your progress but open yourself up to injuries. those joints need to be lubricated and keeping them flexible is very important to do that. the best bodybuilders and athletes are very flexible. flex wheeler can do splits

the reason i and other suggest yoga is

1. it allows you to learn from an instructor in a class
2. you get pushed to stretch
3. hot yoga is even better because it allows you to keep your soft tissues warm and you can over stretch to increase flexibility.

hope this makes sense cause i am telling you right now. you MUST start doing this maintenance on your body early in life. don't wait until you start getting problems to play catch up!

go to any professional sporting event early. watch what the players do. you will notice they stretch and warm up. take care of your body man

I don't know those words you said but I don't think any yoga is dangerous. You have to go slow and you can get into any type of field yoga or pilates.

Tren isn’t for everyone. I tried it on my current cycle. The side didn’t hit me to terribly but have heard horror stories
